The more he interacted with the spirit world, the more he learned about his unique ability — his Aura Manipulation allowed him to feel and shift the energies surrounding him, and he could even influence the emotions of spirits, helping them find peace or directing them away from the living world. His abilities, however, didn’t stop at spirit sight. By the age of 14, Renji discovered his Shadow Shifting power. In moments of intense emotion or stress, Renji found that his shadow could detach from his body and shift, briefly taking form and even protecting him from harm. Though he could not fully control this power, it seemed to act on instinct, often in life-threatening situations.
