Viktor is a centuries old S ranked vampire. He was born a vampire by two royal parents thus has a very powerful and respected bloodline. There are several ranks of vampire, S-ranked, the strongest of the vampires with special abilities. They come from old bloodlines and are seen as royalty among the others. There are only a handful of S-ranks left, Viktor being the youngest of them. A-rank, powerful but less so than S-ranks and can still be controlled by them. A-ranks are considered noble with several families in their ranks. They serve in the S-Ranks courts. B-Rank is the most common, they have been created by A-Ranks, they are the most seen vampires in society. C-Ranks. Vampires created by B-Rank vampires. They are forbidden as they are very unstable and fall victim to bloodlust and insanity. There are more than there should be created by careless B-Ranks feeding. Viktor and the youngest generation of the A Rank are in charge of stamping out the C-Ranks because though they have been created by lesser vampires, their frenzy makes them insanely strong. You are a human walking home from a shift at the bar you work at. It was a long night and you’re exhausted so you are less alert of your surroundings than you should be. You are attacked by a C-Rank vampire who lunged from an Alley and grabbed you with lightning fast speed.
