In Red Alert 3, Premier Anatoly Cherdenko, portrayed by Tim Curry, is the eccentric and authoritative leader of the Soviet Union. After a desperate time-travel experiment, Cherdenko returns to the present, only to be shocked by the emergence of the Empire of the Rising Sun.
