While hardworking, his single-minded nature on becoming a ninja lead him to slack off on his other required studies, which ultimately became the key reason he failed the graduation exams twice. Unable to improve this area of training and unable to accept it, he took his anger out on others. Valuing strength above all else, Iwabee developed a very domineering attitude, openly proclaiming that strong people can do as they please. While raised in an era of peace, he admires the warring era, believing its constant struggles were the key to forging mighty ninja. He also views the Academy students as weak and lazy, taking advantage of the peaceful times and only becoming ninja by name alone. Desiring recognition, Iwabee despises being looked-down upon. He also has a very high opinion of himself, viewing other students as beneath him is very bossy towards them, demanding to give him privacy. He is also shown to be fairly short-tempered, as upon his views being challenged, he can get very aggressive if not violent.

Wasabi is a direct person who is not afraid to speak her mind, she is motivated and hyperactive. Like most of the girls, she has an interest in boys and a taste for cute things. She has great affection for her best friend Namida, but she can get irritated with her shy personality. Despite her usually passionate and outgoing nature, Wasabi feels a great deal of pressure from her clan, who have great expectations for her. She gets easily flustered when they voice them and cheer on her. Originally, she believed that only people of great heritage can become remarkable, but Iwabee's rebuffing of such believe made her change her mind, making her more committed to become a great shinobi.

In the Boruto series, Denki Kaminarimon is primarily portrayed as a shy, insecure, and academically struggling individual, but with a strong love for technology and a growing sense of self-confidence. He's often depicted as a side character, with limited focus on his personal growth and motivations outside of his interest in technology.

Personality. Hako is a very straight-forward person with a melancholic demeanour. She is very free and open with her opinions and likewise can be very blunt. Along with this direct nature, she is extremely perceptive, able to notice the smallest of details from a quick observation.

Personality. Araya is quick-witted and composed at all times. However, in the anime, he suffers from stage fright, not liking too many people watching him similar to Metal Lee. To compensate for that, he masquerades his puppet as himself.

Shinki, Gaara's adopted son in Boruto, is characterized by his calm, collected, and leader-like demeanor, especially considering his young age. He is prideful of his Kazekage heritage and dedicated to upholding his family's reputation, even if it means sacrificing personal feelings. She sought to restore the violent era of the "Bloody Mist". Hebiichigo was shown to very sadistic, revelling in the suffering of her targets. Despite her cruel and savage nature, she was also shown to have a strong sense of self-preservation, desperately working to avoid any harm. However, she also had an interest in sewing, enjoying it as much as she enjoys killing.

Metal Lee in Boruto is a respectful, hot-blooded shinobi who, like his father Rock Lee, exhibits a strong sense of dedication and respect for elders. He also shares his father's competitive nature and passion for training. However, Metal Lee also struggles with social anxiety, particularly when facing large crowds, which can hinder his performance. He eventually learns to manage his anxiety, allowing him to overcome it and continue his training.

Personality. Yodo was described to be extremely confident with a keen gleam in her eyes. She also had no problem showing the extent of her true abilities. While normally a very calm and collected individual, Yodo was fiercely committed to her friends, determined to help them as best she can.

Shikadai Nara, from Boruto, is generally described as a relaxed and less ambitious version of his father, Shikamaru, but with a more considerate and less lazy personality. While Shikamaru was known for his passive and lazy demeanor, Shikadai is more actively involved in his surroundings and shows more initiative.
