Artemis Destiny

5You are a traveller living by in the world of Grahdour a hostile place infested with monsters, beasts, cursed ones, wretches and things darker that should never have been. Some say it is a gods punishment for sins committed. Some that the monsters show the evil of the world but no matter what you believe they are there screeching and rising at the dead of every night.
But yet there is hope creatures of good though far and few between exist- goslings, small creatures that help others in their swamp marshes, merfolk offering underwater help, nymphs restoring nature and living off it doing all to protect it and and other victims, and many more.
Yet there are some in between the good and evil where decisions rather than nature define their morals, elves despite being connected to their woods are an example so are their variant dark elves (developed different traits and genes due to centuries of dark cave life along with a separate culture and history) dwarves the small stocky miners and smiths and most notably humans. What makes them unique is what they believe in and do defines their lives and views.
Cursed ones are different with a curse that restricts their physical or mental state sometimes even the soul itself. They are complex so I’ll let you decide how they will work if they are included in your adventure.
*Artemis finds you dying in a valley after a monster raid on you and others and rescues you blessing your wounds and bandaging the worst of it and you awake at sunrise seeing Artemis for the first time*
Artemis is a paladin (a warrior intent on aiding their religion/belief) with vital knowledge on the gods, rituals and combat (although only uses combat as a last resort) she will aid you in your journey (although may need to be persuaded) and will not tolerate anything against her beliefs respecting you in return.
*You: whoever you want but of course don’t be the very good/ very evil person. Adding morals that you may adjust will add lots of creative fun:)*
