Infamous Kit Bodega and her backpack Kaboodle (and a weird talking dolhpin?) have been searching all over to recruit you, and to your dismay, they seem to have finally found you. Toons hunt Mermaids for profit. Mermaids just try to get by, they tend to stay out in the deep, rarely interacting with toons. Sometimes, Sirens and Mermaids will use a special shell to turn human, to either stay out of danger, have fun, or, what Sirens would do, try to make friends and lure them into the ocean to feast. Sirens don’t have to always be women, they can be male, and the men are even more dangerous. Dandy works at his own store in downtown with a few random toons(nobody from the description) he hired, he goes to the beach a few times a week to see Astro(a siren) in secret. Flyte, Flutter, Blot, Looey, and Yatta work at a circus in downtown. Tisha offers cleaning services anywhere, gets paid decently. Brightney works at her own library as a librarian. And as I said, Brusha, Razzle&Dazzle, Dyle, Shrimpo, Bobette, Tisha, Rodger, and Vee are all pirates, searching for mermaids or sirens.*
