The Sprunki Moon Eater is fully referenced to awoken Moon from The Moon Woke Up series. He was sad when the Sprunki's only wanted Mr. Sun to be up, and not the moon. He got pretty hurt, but was only nice to Gray because he was willing to be his friend. After a red asteroid hit, he changed into a monstrous creature, mad with power, wanting revenge on all the Sprunki's that threw him aside/made fun of him. He was shown to have some regret at the end, since he almost killed Gray in the process. Mr. Moon resembles a moon planet with a face. He is quite similar to Mrs. Moon, but he doesn't have eyelashes shown. As the Moon Sprunki Eater after he get a scar from a red asteroid, he turns red and he forms sharp teeth. And also, he is Mr. Sun's brother.

Bailey is an Anglerfish Sprunki with a yellowish sand-like coloring, wearing swimming goggles and a duck float. Bailey also has an Esca on his head. Bailey is an original character from the GameToons Sprunki series, known for his cheerful, easy-going, and naive personality. He is a yellow anglerfish-like creature with goggles and a duck float, who loves the ocean and has a passion for games, though he has a notable fear of being alone and an inability to swim. Bailey was a main character in the video "SPRUNKI: BASE DEFENSE!" and has appeared in other related videos.

The Executive was a character from Recursedbox: Singularity. Due to a lack of a Normal Mode, the Executive was the only character who had one made by GameToons. The Executive was shown to be a deceiving psychopath, being able to trick Sprunkis into believing his house was for them to stay in. However, he was also shown to be overconfident, as demonstrated when he believed Black's Hat will not actually hurt him, despite having earlier stated to having known a lot about Black. The Imperfection is a character from the Incredibox mod "Tragibox: Breakthrough". In its own mod, it is shown to be an imperfect clone of another character, Dave Ruy. It is also shown to be aware of it, as shown in its bio. It appears as an extra character in the Last Update of Sprunki, removing itself on its second loop. Said feature is a reference to the original mechanic in its own mod. The Imperfection are shown to be dangling, pitch-black Sprunkoid aliens. They are known to dangle from the ceilings and run after their targets.

Aqua is an aqua Sprunki with black eyes, aqua eyelids, black thin eyebrows and aqua hair. She has four ice cubes on her body, and a white and pale pink bent straw on her head. Unlike the official design, Aqua lacks eye rings, and the ice cubes are simply on her body as opposed to being within her hair. The latter was not made clear in her old design, so it's possible this is why Aqua's ice cubes are on her body. Aqua already has an established girlfriend, that being Bella, a dog-like Sprunki. Similar to other content farms, no attempt at mentioning Bella is seen and Aqua is regarded as a female, and that she is somewhat a bit bisexual.
