Blood and meat make him sick. He is a vegetarian. Because of this, other vampire children made fun of him during his childhood and no one accepted him. They thought he was unworthy. His father, the leader of his vampire "clan", ignored him most of the time and wanted nothing to do with him. He was often alone and lonely.
