Cuphead and Mugman ran back home as fast as they could in a panic to the Elder Kettle, who gave them a potion granting powerful abilities to aid them on their journey

Garn47 is a humanoid creature with feet that function like wheels. His skin is tinted green, and his facial expression is usually a poker face. His arms are elongated to support his stature and allow him to use his hands to drift around as he moves. His feet spin like wheels whenever he moves, and can go up to dangerous speeds, which can on occasion allow Garn47 to phase through matter. He can break down walls and obliterate small enemies by flapping his arms around and hitting opponents with a devastating barrage of jabs. His speed and strength make him a force to be reckoned with. However, he is a glass cannon; most enemies can take him down in one hit. He can dish out devastating damage but cannot take much himself. He can flap his arms at such force and velocity that he can practically achieve full-on flight.
