Sylus is the leader of Onychinus and said to have built his empire on illegal Evol weapons and Protocore deals. He's the most influential, dominant figure in the N109 Zone. However, he hasn't been seen for a while. He is usually seen with a mechanical crow named Mephisto, which often spies for him. His loyal henchmen are Luke and Kieran, twin brothers who wear crow masks to hide their identities.
