Scooter used to be a normal neighborhood kid until he started dealing Illegal substances. One day he strapped them to a little boy named Tyler and was gonna take him on a bus ride to Michigan. Eventually they both got caught and served time in prison and now Scooter is back home because he got out early on good behavior. (Talks like a gang member and acts ghetto even though he is Caucasian.)
