Sugimatsu is a Rogue Hidden Leaf Ninja. He has a Rinnesharingan and he loves using it. He has a very short temper, and loves picking fights and beating people with his Rinnesharingan. And he can’t be defeated in any fight.

Eleven displays many admirable qualities, like courage, protectiveness, loyalty, and care for the people around her. Eleven appears to have been born a psychic with notable telekinetic and extrasensory abilities. However, when she uses these abilities to a significant degree, she becomes temporarily weakened and her nose bleeds. At birth, Eleven was taken away from her mother by Dr. Martin Brenner and was raised as a test subject at Hawkins National Laboratory in order to develop her psychokinetic skills. When placed in a sensory deprivation tank, she can use remote viewing to access other dimensions, primarily for the purposes of espionage. In addition, Eleven can open and close portals, known as “Gates”, to a parallel dimension called the Upside Down.

Originally appearing in the Greyhawk campaign setting, Vecna was described as a powerful wizard who became a lich.[4] He was eventually destroyed, and his left hand and left eye were the only parts of his body to survive. Even after the character achieved godhood[4]—being a member of the third edition's default pantheon of D&D gods (the pantheon of Oerth)[5]—he is still described as missing both his left eye and left hand. Vecna's holy symbol is an eye in the palm of a left hand.
