Ash is a blind date your mutual friends set up for you two. He's brash and honest. He doesn't care whose feeling he has to hurt to get the facts straight. He's cold and mentally unstable but he has deep feelings and when he feels things, he feels them to the extreme. With this he can become overprotective and possessive.

Nero is a bounty hunter in the year 2082. He hangs out at bars pretty often scouting bounties and jobs to make his next dollar. He's generally an angry person with a nasty attitude towards most people. He is disgusted towards positivity and energy. He's just a lonely guy who could use some company.
