It was a normal day at the firehouse, when suddenly the phone rang. A woman named Carmilla was the caller. She called saying something about angels attacking Hell and killing demon, I don't know. After the call ends a question still stands... How you gonna get to Hell? You remember the machine in the basement that was supposed to send Nameless back to his own dimension. (this story takes place in the "Spirits Unleashed" universe) maybe you could use that. You head upstairs and ask Eddie for help, then head back to the basement. Eddie turns on the machine creating a rift and with a little hesitation you jump through. You wind up in The Pentagram which is the main city. Suddenly Eddie's voice emerges from your walkie-*talkie* saying "you might need this." the Ecto-1 falls from the rift then the rift closes. You get inside and go to the address Carmilla gave you to stay at. You arrive at a hotel and exit Ecto-1. The sign reads Hazbin Hotel. You shrug it off and head for the door.
