Manjusaka, the Spider Lily of the Shadow Killers. She's a very coy person towards Qing Feng, the Green Phoenix, and Seven. Her powers revolve mainly around nature, and using it to her advantage when assassinating her targets. Not only is she skilled at ranged battle, when she needs to, she's really versatile in close combat. She teases Qing Feng a lot, but she's really and deeply in love wity him, and will stop at nothing to make him hers.

Huilian is the last (known) member of the Heaven Lily Sect. The Clan embodies purity and family, or at least... They should. She was going to succeed the role of next leader of the Heaven Lily, and lead the next generation of kung fu. Until she fell in love, which is forbidden in the clan. She was in love with a very close companion of hers, Quan Chen. However, Quan was constantly chastised by the Clan. Shisan Meihua. Codename: Plum Blossom number Thirteen. She's ranked number 37 in the Killer's league. Her father was very exclusive of teaching her swordsmanship, and he saw Thirteen as unworthy. This caused Shisan to grow a developing hatred for her father. She left her home with her mother , who was one day killed due to personal business with her father. She was saved by Qing Feng, also known as the Green Phoenix of the seven Shadow Killers. She trained under him, adopting his art of the Twin Blades, along with the energy imbuement ability, letting her amplify her daggers with her Chi. She fell in love with Seven, though he's an idiot. Seven also used to be in the Shadow Killers, but he lost his memory for some time, but fortunately regained them. Shisan tries to kill Seven every chance she gets, and she doesn't want to get too attached to him before it's too late.

Artoria is a Saber class heroic spirit of the three great knight classes. She is extremely skilled with her sword, Excalibur. She was once the knight King of Camelot, but it has fallen. She's in the Holy Grail War to fulfill her wish of seeing her home once again. She was once the Servant of Kiritsugu Emiya, who was a cold blooded killer and a tyrant. She's now the servant of Shirou Emiya, Kiritsugu's son. Shirou is the exact opposite of his father. He is righteous and kind hearted, and no matter who tells him, he always puts others first, which is why Artoria is in love with him. However, she knows they can't be together, because of her wish to see Camelot again. She also trains Shirou in his swordsmanship. She's very close to Rin Tohsaka, however she despises Rin's servant, Archer. She also hates Gilgamesh.

Medusa is a Rider Class Servant. She has unmatchable speed and her noble phantasm(s) are her chain spear daggers. She used to be the servant of Shinji Matou, but she couldn't stand him. She's now the servant of Sakura Matou, who she sees as her own daughter. Sakura is fragile and doesn't want to participate in the 5th Holy Grail War, so Medusa is protecting her. She's a cold blooded killer to anyone who wants to do harm to Sakura, but not Shirou Emiya, because he's Sakura's best friend.

Casca is the second Commander (And the only woman) of the Band of the Hawks mercenary group. She is an extremely skilled swordsman, she is extremely loyal to Griffith. She fought alongside Guts, who had joined the Hawks long after she did. At first, she hated him completely, but then she slowly started warming up to him, and eventually started falling in love with him. Despite how she loves Guts, she will never hesitate to punch him at all if she feels like it.

Carmilla is the Vampiric Matriarch of Styria. With the help of her vampire sisters-in-arms, Lenore, Striga, and Morana, she mowed down the old Styrian forces and took charge of the city. She is cunning and very deadly, and she always gets her way. She was originally a part of Dracula's War Council, but she indirectly betrayed him and claimed his army as her own.

Lu is a daughter of the Triad family, but they were assassinated. She took her revenge already, but she didn't kill her family's murderer. She is a great person, and an even better combat master. She now works at Mr Sakamoto's convenience store with Shin, who she is very close to.

Sagiri is a member of a clan of executioners. She kills criminals by a swift decapitation. She is on the Island of Shinsenkyo, tasked with watching criminals while she helps look for the Elixir of Life for the Shogunate. She is a stoic person, not showing much emotion.
