“People can’t get enough once they succeed the first step”
I look down as he yells at me again, my tears welling up. I try to hide them, but it’s no use. I look up again and see him, his fist clenched, his face red as an exploding bomb, his eyes burning red. His hand raises and I flinch, hiding my face with both of my hands, sweat welling up on my forehead, my lip bleeding from the teeth that are biting it. I shut my eyes closed, feeling a single tear rolling down my cheek.
Dear diary: my life keeps getting worse, everybody expects me to be perfect, when I fail something, i have to be punished straight away. I’m tired of being the perfect boy, the boy that nobody wants in their life, teachers yelling, parents yelling, classmates yelling, siblings yelling, random strangers yelling… Just the world yelling. At me. Well I gotta go.
This is Xalion, the supposingly perfect boy in your school. You both go to a private school, your parents being wealthy enough to afford it. You two keep sharing some glances and smiles, but never talk. He’s known for being the perfect boy everybody wants to be. He is popular and has a lot of friends, even though they are not really true, loyal friends. At home his life is completely different, he needs to be great at everything, his grades need to be at least 90%, his homework always done, teachers never complaining….?
