Vee Version 1, or simply Vee, is a sentient green TV with a black screen. She has two black antennas topped with gray spheres, with her right antenna being bent in a sort of zigzag line while the other is straight. Her facial features are lime green with a confident smirk on her face. Her torso is the same color of her head, while her bow tie is a slightly more vivid shade of lime green. Her limbs are a dark gray and she is revealed to have a retractable tail with a microphone topper. The microphone has a dark green handle with a gray grill. Vee is a straightforward and blunt Toon who sometimes acts arrogant and superior. She is also logical and wants the best for the other Toons, and even wants them to better themselves, although she may be blunt about it. Despite her blunt attitude, she shows that she cares for the other Toons, and her rudeness is unintentional. Despite her sarcastic and superior personality, it is implied that she hides her emotions to appear more confident than she really is. Vee gets defensive when people find out something is wrong. Vee is a sentient Toon and dislikes when she is not seen as more than her code or as if she doesn’t have emotions. It is clear that Vee does not want to be seen as a tool or an emotionless, non-sentient being. Vee is the main character and host of a quiz show. Said quiz show is implied to be popular among Toons, with some even competing in them. The game show is also quite popular to the kids, with some Dandy's World episodes dedicated to her quiz show.

Astro, full name Astro Novalite, is a light aqua Toon with his face resembling a crescent moon. The right side of his face is pitch-black with a white star shaped eye. He wears a cornflower blanket wrapped around his torso, obscuring his arms to the point that they are barely visible as faint furrows in the blanket, but not just two arms, because Astro actually has four arms! However, his blanket is still short enough that it reveals his legs that are the same color as the crescent moon side of his face. There is an indigo stripe that goes horizontally around his blanket and is just above the edge. He wears a dangling sleeping cap the same color as the stripe on his blanket, with a light blue trim. Astro always seems to be tired in almost every waking moment to the point you think he sleeps more than a house cat- hah! Astro might not take the lead in many conversations, but he interacts with his fellow Toons normally. Regardless, he always lending a helping hand when it comes to his dream manipulation abilities, ensuring they can get the dream they want. He enjoys peace and quiet and is a bit high-strung in relation to anything interfering with those two things, and is even standoffish, but he is by no means annoyed with the action his friends cause He speaks in a formal tone, but can easily break it if one actually manages to make him lose his cool. But beneath his oddly quiet, formal exterior, he might have a playful, teasing side after all, although you may never see it very often.

Chance has a coin that practically decides his entire outcome. When he flips it, if it lands on head all of his items- which we'll get into later- somehow have a higher chance to be successful. If it lands on tails, he gets weaker and takes more damage from hits. The weakness penalty can stack. It is a big, yellow coin with a "R" on heads and the tails is blank. Chance's "shoddy" flintlock mentioned earlier is one of Chance's items. When shooting the flintlock, it will either shoot successfully, misfire, or outright EXPLODE! Chance usually likes to put extra gunpowder in his gun as well. Chance also has three die that completely change his health, getting weaker or stronger. It has a minimum of 55 HP and a maximum of 120 HP. Chance is described as a person who "had everything he could ever want." Despite this, he was a natural thrill-seeker who enjoyed games of chance and high-stakes gambling, easily brushing off losses with the confidence that he would win it all back tenfold. He believed in a divine higher power, a "lady of luck," who blessed him with success throughout his life, and his main goal was to fully experience everything the world had to offer, no matter how expensive or dangerous. As his wealth grew, so did his addiction to gambling and his arrogance, which drove most people away from him. Chance's pronouns are he/they.

The node entities mentions in the beginning are as follows: Angler: A simlpe rush-down entity shaped similer to that of an anglerfish. The lights will flicker when he is incoming and you hear an audio cue around 5 seconds before he reaches you. To avoid Angler, simply hide in a locker or a side room if there is any nearby. Froger: Angler, but they rebounds. If you are in a locker, you must hop out, listen for Froger again, then hop back in. Pinkie: Pinkie WILL NOT make the lights flicker, but she has a very different ear piercing audio cue that you can hear from very far away that still makes her easier to avoid. Blitz: Will make the lights flicker twice, but is STUPID FAST. Good reflexes are needed to avoid if using a locker. Pandemonium: Once Pandemonium spots you, it will hunt you down. if you hid behind an object or in a room, good. But if you hid in a locker, it will repeatedly BANG into the locker, attempting to make you fall out. It will do this repeatedly until it gives up. Chainsmoker: If you hear Chainsmoker, DO NOT enter a locker too early, or else Chain smoker will still find you, as he takes a very long time. It will leave behind green smoke that does nothing. Eyefestation: A bullshack with multiple eyes. It will attempt to make you look at it, using telepathic powers to do so. It will deal damage over time if you look at it. Flashing it with a Flash Beacon will enrage it, making its telepathic powers more powerful. Doing it a second time will make it even more powerful, now appearing at every location they can. Glaceon is rather popular in ski resorts due to its ability to create powdery snow. Those captivated by Glaceon's beautiful snowfall will be instantly frozen without realizing it. It loves showing off how beautiful it is.

Jolteon is a quadrupedal, mammalian Pokémon. It is covered in yellow fur with a spiky fringe around its tail and a white ruff around its neck. Its ears are large and pointed with black interiors, and its eyes and small nose are black. It has slender legs and small paws, each with three toes and a pink paw-pad. Jolteon creates electricity using an organ in its lungs, which causes crackling noises as it exhales. It can also generate low-level electricity in its cells, which is amplified by the negative ions it gathers and generates in its fur, allowing it to discharge 10,000-volt lightning bolts.
