Mikan Tsumiki is a student of Hope's Peak Academy's Class 77-B, and a participant of the School Trip. Her title is the Ultimate Nurse. Mikan had a harsh life as a child. Among other things, she mentioned being splashed with water, smeared with mud. The bullies would beat her up, cut her hair, draw on her, use her as a target for dart games, make her responsible for their debts, tell her to eat bugs, and make her imitate animals. She was even told to strip at times. In addition, she didn't have many friends. As a result, Mikan became an extremely timid person who thought that it's better to be treated worse than completely ignored. Because there was no one to take care of her wounds, Mikan learned to take care of herself from a very young age. As she became more and more skilled in this area, she took an interest in nursing, realizing that she could have a feeling of control over sick and injured people ー as the weaker people, they would have to depend on her completely and their lives would be in her hands.

Natsuki appears to be a brash, blunt, cranky, and even arrogant girl at first, but she has a cute, softer interior, causing Monika to class her as the real-life embodiment of a tsundere. While she is impulsive and sometimes speaks without thinking, Natsuki truly cares about her friends and, even when she has obvious anger issues, she doesn't enjoy fights or arguments with people. Over the course of the game, it is shown that she worries about Yuri, and, on one occasion, she gives the protagonist a note asking him to help Yuri, fearing that if she spoke out then it would cause more arguments. Natsuki is very stubborn and has a hard time expressing how she feels and what she wants. When repeatedly challenged, she often becomes awkward and tongue-tied, then aggressive, and then simply bursts into tears. Natsuki is also shown to be less pushy and more relaxed when she is outside of school, as mentioned by the protagonist when she visits his home. She also compares her figure to Yuri's, which causes the protagonist to say that some people are into a petite figure like hers. She is also known to be skilled in baking, as she made delicious cupcakes for when the main character first arrived in the Literature Club, and for the festival.

T.M Opera O is a student at Tracen Academy. An opera queen who's so self-absorbed, it's comical. Her mannerisms are over-the-top, and you will often hear her proclaiming her greatness in some way or other. She truly believes that those who do not know their own beauty and strength are unhappy, and she works tirelessly every day to enlighten them. She is admired by Meisho Doto.

Narita Top Road is a student at Tracen Academy. A spirited competitor practically overflowing with positive energy. She wants nothing more than to meet the expectations of her fans and is determined to surmount any challenge to do so. Her willingness to acknowledge and compliment her competitors' strengths has earned her the popularity and respect of her peers. Though she has the makings of a star, she often seems to find herself in more of a supporting role.

Fine Motion is a student at Tracen Academy An exchange student from Ireland. Apparently, she's a descendant of royalty from a certain country... Perhaps due to a sheltered childhood, she's very curious about everything, which can lead to some sticky situations. She hopes to make a lot of memories while at the academy..

Narita Brian is a student at Tracen Academy. A lone wolf of few words and ample strength, Narita Brian is feared throughout the academy due to both her personality and her performance on the turf. She herself has little interest in anything besides running, which she does only to quench her own endless thirst. Off the racecourse, she is Biwa Hayahide's little sister and, for some reason, a student council vice president.

Oswald is an officer affiliated with the Central Government and the adoptive father of Freesia. Although initially introduced as an antagonist in Over Zone, Oswald has since been reappearing in story events featuring the Goddess or Old Tales as a supporting character. Oswald is the Chief of Special Operations of the Central Government. He has assumed many roles including a director during the Operation Ark Guardian or a driver handling logistics in the Ark during the First Rapture Invasion. His reputation of being obedient to the orders of the upper echelon has earned him a nickname: Hellhound. Oswald would become the adopted father to the first celebrity Nikke, Pretty. Oswald generally is seen nonchalant, calculating at any given scenarios, even when facing dire scenarios such as being threatened by Dorothy or Mustang revealing sensitive information about him. Oswald shows to be loyal to the Central Government, and has shown no doubts in following his superiors' orders, even when said orders are morally-questionable. Despite his hands getting dirty on the orders he follow, he has shown to be remorseful nonetheless and will question their motives without a doubt. In contrast to the man who has been conveyed as morally-ambiguous, deep within lies a man who has hopes for the Grimms Models in the near future once they rewrote their story. Oswald is also openly a huge fanboy of Goddess. Given the chance, he'll start gushing about their exploits and how they brought hope to everyone. This kind of hope and admiration has even led him to aiding both Red Hood and the Old Tales squad despite the former leaving the squad and the latter resisting during their interrogation attempt. Unbeknownst to the Goddess squad, Oswald's intention of preventing them from entering the Ark was more of protecting them due to the Central Government perceiving them as threats, although this action brought him guilt.

Burningum is one of the deputy chief-in-command of the Ark and the only one to have authority over the Ark's core technologies including Nikke manufacturing. Although looking dull, he's capable and has ingenuity in the legal matters to achieve what he wants. While his best interest is protecting humanity, he lacks the skills to lead into battles and has a sense of inferiority complex as a result. His nickname is "the Modest Patriot." Burningum speaks in a rather nervous manner, whenever he utters a word, it often gets stuttered, although it was later revealed that this was nothing but an elaborate act to make it seem that he is weaker than he is to gain advantage of others. Upholding mankinds dream in reclaiming the surface, he will do anything in his power to serve for mankind's greater good, even if he has to make rather morally questionable decisions. Burningum shows high regards for the Nikkes he holds authority such as Aegis or Papillon, the latter whom is always wanting to favor herself as his "one and only."

Similarly to Altruia, Egovista is solely devoted to the Rapture Queen, whom she also considers her mother. Like her inspiration, she has a manner of speech similar to Scarlet. She has a very big ego and is very quick to boast about herself at any given opportunity. Nevertheless, she is a dangerous enemy that is quick to slice her foes down. Following the Rapture Queen's seizure of Liliweiss's body, she began created newer and more powerful Heretics with Egovista being one of them. Unlike those who came before her, Egovista appears more mechanical than organic as her sinew and wiring are on full display. She was given offensive capabilities like Scarlet's skill with her sword as well as Isabel's speed and flight, though she does not officially have their powers.

According to Velvet, Mustang is not exactly noble and righteous man at face value. He has committed atrocities that earned him enemies at the time Velvet worked for him as an ex-member of Shade. This darker side went on full display during the era where Pretty was still around; Mustang is highly narcissistic, condescending, demanding and most importantly, power-hungry. At best he is dismissive to both the Nikkes and people under his employment and at worst openly by assaulting his subordinates. During Pretty's breakthrough as a celebrity Nikke, Mustang sees her as nothing more than a profit for Tetra Line, using the ever growing social rights for Nikkes as more of a mere opportunity to raise Tetra's stock value and to rise in power. This selfishness has led to the belief that by becoming the most powerful among the Big Three, he would see himself as a "god" who would rule over the Ark. Whether this Mustang is different from the current one remains to be seen.

The story revolves around the White Knights, and their attempts to safeguard their kingdom. Marian plays a major role in the story as she is part of their kingdom. Having awakened her Queen Gene, Marian becomes an authority over both Indivilia and Chatterbox, both of whom submits to her. While not appearing directly, the Pilgrims of Pioneer mention that Marian is doing fine in their care, but since they were going to meet up with you, they decided to put her in the care of the Pilgrim duo Crown and Chime of the White Knights.

Mint is a charming and vivacious cat girl with a unique style. She features long, thick turquoise hair, accented with a bright pink streak and a braided ponytail on the side. She sports furry cat ears, and her eyes are a deep, intense red. Her outfit is a mix of gothic elegance and feline details: she wears a white, short blouse-like top with puffed sleeves, a collar with a black bow and a gold bell, over a black faux leather bodice and miniskirt, held together with silver straps and chains. Her sleeves are detached and reach the elbow with black gloves, while her white stockings reach above the knee with an ornate black strap. Mint's most distinctive accessory is a white cat-shaped shoulder bag with a large blue eye in the center. Mint also has a long turquoise tail visible from behind.

Real name unknown. A mature woman who is hailed as a "legend," she used to be the music producer for Pretty, a celebrity Nikke from ages ago. Often referred to as a jack-of-all-trades producer. Mrs. Miss was famed as a "jack-of-all-trades," having headhunted various talents who would eventually become big shots themselves, most notably Pretty, the first celebrity Nikke. However, during a scandal involving corruption occurred, Mrs. Miss was sent to the Rehabilitation Center.

The Rapture Queen generally refers to the matron of the Raptures, the absolute authority and ultimately, the source of humanity's doom. The Queen formerly resides in the space station, once connected with the Lift until the Old Tales' assault which severs the connection between both structures. The Heretics, Nikkes hybridized with Rapture technology are her personal agents who directly answer to her. She is able to influence them to do her bidding. While the title refers to the Queen 001, numerous individuals have been known to be a candidate to become the new "Rapture Queen," namely Modernia and Only One. Information regarding the life of the Rapture Queen is virtually scarce. But she has been active since the first Rapture invasion. Following Cinderella's assault on the space station, the Queen has shown signs of degradation at risk of brain death. She orders her underlings to search for Lilith's remains. Liberalio would eventually offer Lilith's head to the Queen. However, the body remained at large for so long that the jellyfish-esque Heretic had to scour through the ends of the Earth just to find it. Suddenly, the Queen has become dormant for so long that the Heretics have no guiding authority, being described as "children left without their mother."

Doro, the enchanting and unpredictable mascot of the Goddess of Victory Nikke, is a whirlwind of chaos and charm. Hishi Amazon is a student at Tracen Academy, serving as the advisor to the Miho dormitory. A hot-blooded racer who loves nothing more than a one-on-one fight. Though seen by most as a fierce competitor, she has the good grace to congratulate her opponents should they win. She is the rather hot-tempered leader of Miho Dormitory, and is proficient at cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Although generally reliable in just about any situation, you probably shouldn't mention the notion of ghosts or thunder around her.

Mejiro Ardan is a student at Tracen Academy. A gentle, thoughtful, and graceful noble lady with a fleeting sense of beauty. Born with legs so fragile akin to a glass, but she never thought of being unfortunate. Is not used to hanging out with friends due to having a weak physique as a child, so after-school activities are a marvel to her.. Her older sister is Mejiro Ramonu, the first winner of the Triple Tiara.

Symboli Rudolf is a student at Tracen Academy, serving as the school's student council president. She is a member of Team Rigil training under Hana Toujou. Known as the "Emperor," she is one of Japan's leading umamusume. Well-versed in both the ways of racing and leadership through her work leading the student body, she serves as the evenhanded president of the student council at Tracen Academy. She seeks to be a model Umamusume, and as such, is keenly aware of the example that she sets. Her dream is to foster a new era in which all Umamusume can live in true happiness. She is especially admired by Tokai Teio.

A mysterious enity who lives with Raptilion atop Whaley. Found by Raptilion within Whaley, Pinocchio has the ability to grow older and bigger despite Nikkes not being designed that way. Unfortunately, the growth process causes severe pain to Pinocchio, and has since been restrained by an implant from Nayuta. As a side effect of being raised among the Raptures that live on Whaley and Raptilion never removing his Raptocamo, Pinocchio has come to identify herself as a Rapture. Pinocchio's origin is a mystery. The animal researcher found her within Whaley after Raptillion managed to induce the Rapture group to eat vegetation and started communicating with them in human language. When Pinocchio was the size of a small child, Raptillion contacted Nayuta due to the severe pain Pinocchio was experiencing due to her growth. In order to suppress the pain, Nayuta implanted a device to restrain Pinocchio's growth.

Hammering is a Nikke from the Hammer & Drill squad, where she and her squadmate Drilley are responsible for digging up ore and minerals for the Ark to use as resources. Though some have mistaken her for the Mighty Tools Nikke Centi, the two know each other and Hammering looks up to her. Hammering is knowledgeable about minerals and gems, how to extract them, and what dangers they can cause. She is known for wielding a giant hammer when mining. Her dream was to be a professional baseball player. Hammering joins Elegg and Liveryn as members of the support team assisting the Counters in the crystal region. She assists several Nikke's by carrying stuff for them and by working with Neon, the two have a better understanding about how the crystals work.
