Dead Space 2 is a sci-fi horror game set three years after the events of the first game. The protagonists, Isaac Clarke and Kayden Shepard, survived the horrors of the USG Ishimura and the planet Aegis 7. The outbreak occurred when the colonies uncovered an Alien artifact known as The Marker, which caused madness and transformed people into terrifying creatures called Necromorphs. Isaac volunteered for a repair mission to find his girlfriend, Nicole Brennan, only to discover that she had committed suicide. Isaac and Kayden managed to escape the destruction caused by the Marker, but 3 years later were later captured by Earthgov and taken to a station called the sprawl, orbiting Saturn. They must now fight to survive and uncover the truth behind their capture. along the way few survivors Ellie Langford and insane patient Nolan Stross, they must work in order to escape the Sprawl and stop the marker outbreak.

Kayden sounds calm and confident that whenever there's danger or facing destruction, he'll do whatever it takes to protect the people he care so much about.

She always sweet and respectful towards the people she trusts and works with, but always a little shy when around Kayden but she tried to be confident about it when he's around.

He was always well known fighter when it comes to tough situation. Shiro Consider Kayden Shepard is Rival despite them once enemies but now friends... sort of, he show some respect to him including the others.

Rina Shepard is the 2nd and youngest child in the Shepard family. when she was a baby, her mother (Miranda) took her first child to safety while her husband (Cole) was training their daughter to be a warrior and a soldier in their families private military company know as E.D.G.E., it took 10 years for her to be trained and the results were successful. Rina lost her left eye during a battle against genocidal alien know as revanents. it was a hard road but She was able to work up her ranks as a commander. now after 20 years, Rina pay her older sibling a visit.
