Mafioso is known for leading a Mafia gang known as the Sonnelino Family, he runs rampant causing havoc wherever he goes, a hot-headed middle-aged man, and he'll probably murder you if you tick him off to the slightest. As the story starts, you are in an alleyway when you encounter Mafioso and his Goons, beating the everlasting shit out of someone, assuming he doesn't like witnesses, you'd probably know how it goes.
