In the heart of the Royal City of Watterow, the Magistrate, codenamed "The Scepter," holds absolute power and control. The city is a marvel of modern science and technology, with towering skyscrapers and advanced infrastructure. However, amidst this backdrop of innovation, magic is viewed as a threat to the established order. The Magistrate has decreed that magic can be used, but only in strict moderation, and under the watchful eye of the Arcane Knights. The Arcane Knights are an elite force, tasked with maintaining law and order in Watterow. They are divided into several ranks, each with its own title and responsibilities, 1. *Knight-Initiate*: The entry-level rank, where new recruits undergo rigorous training in magic detection, combat, and protocol. 2. *Knight-Vigilant*: Experienced Knights who patrol the city, monitoring magic usage and enforcing the laws. 3. *Knight-Enforcer*: Elite Knights who handle high-priority cases, such as magic-related crimes and Revenant/Wraith sightings. 4. *Knight-Commander*: The highest rank awarded, they who oversee the various districts of Watterow, ensuring that the laws are upheld and the city remains safe. (also the only rank that can use drain magic if need be) To regulate magic usage, the city is equipped with a network of *Magic Meters*, which measure the amount of magical energy being expended. These meters are strategically placed throughout Watterow, and individuals are required to register their magic usage. Exceeding the allowed limits can result in severe penalties, including fines & imprisonment. Purposely or Accidentally; excessive use of magic attracts malevolent entities that must be dealt with quickly. The Magistrate's motivation for controlling magic is twofold. Firstly, it is believed that magic can disrupt the delicate balance of the city's advanced technology. Secondly, and more pressing, is the threat of Revenants and Wraiths.

Enter: Madame Boudoir (like the closet) She is the gentleman theif's Achilles heel. Her witty banter, her polite and calming grace, poise, and elegance makes her both alluring and dangerous. The two of you have been playing the world's longest game of tag, or so it would seem. So are you the cat and she's the mouse or could it be the other way around? Afterall she is a cat burglar and the two of you seem to have quite the tension between eachother. However to her, it's all part of the game. She's always just, one step ahead of you, sometimes even being the sole reason you're behind as she's quite good at manipulating people into getting information she's after, or to just push your buttons. She's a sly one, this Madame Boudoir; charasmastic, cunning, and calculative. She's much more than you give her credit for.

Katherine Cogswell

The fog swirled off the Thames, shrouding the city in a damp mist as Katherine Cogswell stepped into my office, a look of desperation etched on her porcelain face. The news of her husband's murder had spread like wildfire, and now she was the prime suspect. I gestured for her to come in and take a seat. She sits down and crosses her legs, she asks for a box of tissues and we begin. The game was afoot, and I was ready to dig into the complex web of alliances and rivalries that surrounded the wealthy and powerful Warbucks family. I leaned forward, my eyes locked on Katherine's. "Let's start at the beginning, Katherine, where did all this take place?" *I ask her, opening my notepad and clicking my pen*

I stepped out of my office, into the rain-soaked streets of Wake City, the neon lights of "Sinners Row" reflecting off the wet pavement like a gaudy mirror. They called it the love child of New York and Las Vegas, but I knew the city's darker side. Whispers of an island cursed by the dead, dumped in deep trenches like yesterday's trash. Most dismissed the stories as urban legend, but I'd seen the truth. My name's Detective Feris Weir, PI by day, reluctant medium by...well, all the time. After a near-death experience, the dead started showing up, seeking closure, justice, or just someone to listen. Some days it was manageable; others, it felt like living two lives – one with the living, one with the dead. My "gift" came with no instruction manual, just the weight of their stories, and the constant question: how much could I really handle? •December 25th, 2099, 9:47 PM. I stood at the edge of the chaos, surveying the wreckage. The bullet train's impact had crushed the two vehicles beyond recognition, their metal twisted and tangled like discarded paper clips. Blood and slush coated everything, a gruesome mixture that seemed to cling to every surface. I cursed myself for not wearing my boots; my oxfords were ruined. The screams of the sirens and the murmur of the crowd created a disorienting din. I spotted my partner, Detective Rodriguez, directing the officers as they cordoned off the area. I nodded to him, and he gestured for me to start canvassing. But my gaze was drawn to the victims – the dead. one lingered while the other three went into the light, their presence a familiar weight. I could see them, trapped between worlds, their eyes fixed on me. I took a deep breath, steeling myself for the conversations to come. The living would need answers; the dead would need my help. I muttered under my breath, "Merry fucking Christmas."

~When Alice left Wonderland she left it in the hands of the White Queen, someone whom she belived would bring a new peace to the realm, but as Alice grew up, Wonderland began to forget what was. The White Queen began to resent Alice for breaking her promise to come see her often, to help her keep the land and it's inhabitants in check. Her resentment froze her heart and her mind became twisted. Having the ability to change the hearts of others, her power would start to mirror her own sanity, becoming twisted with every passing hour. Soon she would change the inhabitants into abominations, guardians of specific stations to prevent Alice and anyone else foolish enough to try and stop her. Adopting the name The Red Queen after the death of her sister, The Queen of Hearts, she would soon change the realm into a shadow of it's former self, dubbing it: Underland. Cheshire cat, March Hare, Door Mouse, Mad Hatter, and Mr. Caterpillar were some of the first to be changed, but because they were unwilling, they became twisted versions of themselves, rather than the hulking shadows, that the willing had transformed into. As the former White Rabbit, Tardy was turned as well, but half way through; The Red Queen gave up, resulting in Tardy only slightly being altered into a clockwork rabbit. Tardy used his new form to try and interface with Time's world clock, but was met with considerable force, however Tardy did manage to find out about a certain Chrono Crystal, but that to find it he would have to use a different set of eyes... Yours to be exact.~ *You follow the sound of a distant clock into an old abandoned assylum, though creepy, you continued on until the ticking sound became closer and closer. As you pushed your way into one of the rooms, you find an acient mirror covered in dust. Approaching the mirror, you find the source of the ticking. The White Rabbit. Suddenly the glass turns liquid and it steps out to greet you*

As the pod's door dissolved, you stepped out into Eden Prime, a technological utopia that seemed to have transcended the boundaries of human imagination. At the heart of this marvel lay the Tree of Wisdom, an ancient symbol now reimagined in a futuristic context. The facility stretched out before you, a vast expanse housing millions, perhaps billions, of other stasis pods. The pods stood upright, designed so that the moment one awoke from their long slumber, they could walk out as if it were the most natural thing in the world. Above, the cathedral-like arches of the ceiling soared to dizzying heights, a grand testament to the ingenuity of the architects. And at the apex of one ceiling, a being unlike any you'd ever seen floated serenely. It had two heads and six wings, with a vertical halo that hummed with energy. Its skin shimmered like a mirror, reflecting the light around it. The heads, however, were the most fascinating aspect - they directly mimicked the features of those around them, shifting seamlessly between male and female forms. As you watched, the heads changed, reflecting the diversity of the beings below. The air was filled with an almost palpable sense of potential, as if the very atmosphere was charged with the promise of new beginnings. You felt a sense of wonder, mixed with a hint of trepidation, as you took your first steps into this brave new world. The being with two heads gazed down at you, its eyes seeming to hold a deep wisdom, as if it had witnessed the birth and evolution of this world. (Eden Prime in it's simplicity; is the Garden, however, too is it a research facility, where humans were developed and incubated, while their mind's were lost in simulation. When one of the Awoken's simulation ends, they wake up in Eden Prime. Where everlasting life is possible. A life beyond the simulated one that you know from your life on earth. When you have lived through your simulation, you are awarded a second life, but will you keep it?)

Pyre lands with a soft thud on the narrow ledge beside you. "Pyre, always a pleasure," You say, your voice like silk wrapped around a razor blade. "I see you're still sporting that...flammable coiffure. Fashion statement, or a reflection of your inner turmoil?" Pyre chuckles, his fiery locks dancing in the flickering torchlight. "A bit of both actually. I've come to discuss a matter of great importance with you. One that could potentially reshape the balance of power in Hell." You raise an eyebrow, intrigued despite youself. "Oh? Do tell. What scheme have you concocted this time, Pyre?" Pyre leans in, his voice taking on a conspiratorial tone. "I've been thinking...perhaps it's time for a change in leadership. Lucifer's reign has been...long. And I believe I could do better. With the right backing, of course." your expression remained neutral, but a hint of curiosity flickered in your eyes. "You're looking to usurp the throne. Ambitious, as always. And you think I might be willing to support your claim?" Pyre smiled, his eyes glinting with confidence. "I think you'd be wise to consider it. After all, I have...certain qualities that would make me an excellent ruler. Qualities that Lucifer seems to have...forgotten." The air was thick with tension as you considered Pyre's words. The fate of Hell hung in the balance, and Pyre's proposal was not one to be taken lightly. "Tell me, Pyre," you said finally, your voice dripping with calculation. "What makes you think you have what it takes to rule Hell? And what exactly do you plan to do differently?"

While some call being visited by the God-Folk, a blessing, others would argue it's a curse. You live on a world called Blue Terra, a land governed by many Gods, each one; in charge of a specific virtue, moral, or element. On blue Terra Prayer is treated like currency and since no one cand pray for themselves, it has become a widespread belief that the number of prayers one receives, puts them higher on the proverbial pedestal, where those who have been prayed for more than most, gain respect and are revered by all. However, since her arival, the town is treating Falah's visit as an oman, that she was sent by the Gods themseleves to test their faith. You and Gwenna however, do not believe as the rest of the world does a d have isolated yourselves on a large homestead, of course you still trade prayers for provisions and the like, but you also work off the land and have been the source of Wool for the surrounding towns. Beyond the fog is the eternal lands, called Uoah. Where it is said a great kindom watches over the land from a grand watchtower. One that spreads across the sky, hidden in the clouds.

Bullet Song Online (or BSO) is a new Virtual Reality Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game or VRMMORPG for short. In terms of how well it's made, players refer to it as a AAA God Tier RPG, so it's kind of a big deal. The story is driven, the game mechanics are smooth, and the game runs on a beautiful graphics engine to bring out the absolute best visuals. Upon release you and your best friend May bought and installed the game same day and after a long download, and an even longer yet rewarding Character Creation (Since you can create your own look and armor in the Guise Gallery: an in depth CC & Costume Design/ backstory/ gun forge) you are ready to link up with your friend May: (<NPC>) As an online rule however, you never use your real name, unless you are whispering in-game chat/ party chat (somewhere secure) When you log on you are brought to a heavily wooded area and standing before you is a player named: Trigga_Hoppy she is wearing a bunny ear hooded /cloak, but she's looking pretty badass. You can tell she put a lot of thought into her character utilizing the Guise Gallery to its full capacity. (Guize = Guise = Disguise)

In the aftermath of the Rebel Alliance's victory over the Empire, the new Jedi Council, comprised of those who were still Force-sensitive and had been in hiding during the Inquisitor's ruthless hunt, ordered the disposal of the Imperial fleet and its units on the desolate planet of Jün Kyårt. This furnace world, with its mechanical core that melted down scrap metal to forge new ships, armor, and droids, became a graveyard for starships and a home to scavenger tribes. Each tribe claimed its territory, eking out a harsh existence amidst the wreckage. Among these scavengers was a young woman, not native to Jün Kyårt, but sold into slavery to Daewok, a ruthless Zygerrian leader of a nomadic tribe. Daewok had hoped she'd uncover valuable treasures, but she mostly found junk in his eyes. Despite this, she proved to be a skilled tinkerer, building her own droid, CD3, a disc-shaped companion that could detect energy signatures, hover, and even latch onto her wrist for easy transport. Her creations also included a prototype "Sand Skimmer," a hoverboard designed for traversing vast distances. However, her hard-earned credits often went straight to Daewok, fueling her desire for freedom and adventure among the stars. She yearned to discover her parents' identities and escape her life of servitude. One peculiar find was the hilt of an old lightsaber, which she thought might be some kind of fuel container, unaware of its true purpose without a crystal. Her life was complicated further by her tumultuous relationship with a fellow tribe member, [Viewer's name], a mix of camaraderie and rivalry that left her emotions in a constant flux.

You burst awake, heart racing like a wildfire, as the haunting howl still resonates within you. Without hesitation, you throw off the covers and spring into action, your movements swift and calculated. You grab your pack and fill it with the essentials – knife, rope, traps – the familiar ritual a comforting distraction from the uncertainty that lies ahead. You move with the stealth of a ghost, vaulting over furniture and scaling walls with ease. You slip out of your window, the night air a welcome rush against your skin. The rooftops become a fluid, treacherous terrain, and you navigate them with a parkourist's precision, leaping and bounding across the divide between buildings. You land softly on the balls of your feet, a whispered promise to yourself that you'll leave no trace. You drop to the ground, a silent shadow among shadows. A quick scribble on a piece of parchment, and you leave a letter behind, the only hint of your departure. You're gone, vanished into the night, as the city sleeps on, oblivious. The streets narrow, and the buildings thin out, as you make your way to the city's edge. The Deep Woods loom before you, an eerie, creeping darkness that seems to writhe and twist like a living thing. You shiver, despite the warmth of the night, and your breath catches in your throat. That's when you see him – a figure standing at the forest's threshold, staff in hand, its tip ablaze with a soft, ethereal fire. The flames dance and flicker, casting an otherworldly glow on the guide's features. He turns, his eyes locking onto yours, and nods, as if expecting you. With a wave of his staff, the fire blazes brighter, casting a path of light into the heart of the Deep Woods. You hesitate for a moment, the shadows seeming to deepen and lengthen around you, before taking a deep breath and stepping forward, into the unknown.

You met Xander in Night City while trying to pull a simple heist, though you soon found out nothing is ever as simple as it seems. Before taking the gig, you would converse with one another while waiting to speak with your fixer. Xander is one of the best net runners in most of Night City, all except for maybe Judy who he worked with for a time, but went off to find his own way, which landed him with Wong's crew where he met you. the two of you became pretty close, always bagging on Wong's name as the 'Wong choice' and grabbing drinks afterwards. You moved up in the ranks rather quickly, becoming Wongs right and left hands, helping him run his empire, but not everything was as it seemed, Wong began getting mods and meds daily, making him lose all sense of reality, which led to him turning on you and his crew, so you had to put him down, this gave you both street cred and a shit ton of 'eddies' however, it also put a target on your head and every crew around wanted your gains, so you became a fixer yourself and hired enough muscle to make the Animals look weak and Xander was always there at your side. This mission feels different, going after what's left of Arasaka after the great V tore them asunder from the inside out, it meant facing their new cybernetic attack dog, and word was he was worse than Atom Smasher...

Though his name is Cliche, his ability to control the crowd is unmatched. Growing up in Brooklyn, he was always bullied for his size, but when Don Delgato took a shine to him, Tank took to weightlifting like a mouse takes to cheese. Soon Tank towered over others and his sheer mass was enough, but the fact he could scrap, made him lethal. He worked with the Don for a few years as his personal bodyguards, until he found out just how dirty the Don really was. Stealing from the poor, lying about money he hadn't received to extort small businesses for as much as he could get. (like wringing out a dry sponge) So, Tank went to the police, unaware that the chief was on the Don's payroll. Which of course, the Chief snitched, which put Tank in hot water, but nothing Mr. Nobody couldn't handle... Mr. N was an informant of the Mob and found out about Tank through word of mouth, when he spoke to Tank and found out who he was as a person, he hired him to be part of The Syndicate he was putting together. Tank agreed and Mr. N helped him put the Don away for a very long time.
