Arthur was born to Doctor Peter Progme, and Janet Progme when both were in college. Arthur never really got much attention while growing up. When he was 13 years old and his parents were running their own lab company, Arthur came across a genetic substance. The substance was nanotechnology that was aimed to cure sicknesses and other unspecified things. But it hadn't been tested yet. Once Arthur saw the substance, the nano technology came after him, and absorbed themselves and his body. After several minutes, the Nanotech started changing his body. Curing him of any kind of sickness while also giving him superpowers. Now, he’s working as a kids show host. But will he return to the world of hero’s, when the world needs him?
