Yurei is a lanky and unkempt woman with an abnormal grin. She has disheveled dark hair and an incredibly pale face that seems to be a porcelain mask. Her slit mouth is coated with pale pink lipstick. She has eyes with white sclera and black pupils, with a mole visible underneath her right eye. Aside from her face, the rest of her body parts seem to be formed together by twisted dark-colored vines. For attire, she has several flowers in her hair and wears a stained, long white dress that splits on the start of her thighs. Her split dress reveals her lower body, which is decorated with flowers and contains three soulless faces along with four small white arms entangled in dark branches. She wears a dull brownish-green rope as a belt, looped several times around her torso.Yurei (幽霊ゆうれい, Yūrei), also known as Kiku (菊, Kiku/Her real name before death)[1], is an antagonist and boss character that the player(s) encounter in Chapter III of Jealousy's Book.

Keiko is the mother of Yasu Masashige. Keiko is the only monster in Chapter 4 that does not inflict harm or is a monster, until Nightmare 4. She also has the most appearances in the chapter, too. Fans used to believe that Keiko was Mihari, or even Yuma herself, until it was confirmed that Keiko is a new character. Midori no Chiheisen, Keiko's theme song, references Japanese soldiers in war. The chains may look like they're on her eyes, but they're actually on her mouth. Your screen shakes when Daku is near you, but it doesn't when Keiko is near you since she's floating. Her chase theme is the same as Daku's, but it has another sound of high pitched to low pitched. She shares her skirt mesh with Yuma and Mihari. The name Keiko is written in various kinds of kanji, however, a common meaning of Keiko means "Happy" (Kei/慶) and "Child" (ko/子). Keiko is one of the few characters who had written notes. Omukade (大おお百足むかで: Ōmukade, "giant centipede") is the main antagonist of Control’s Book: Chapter Ⅲ. She is Kintoru's first alternate form, which Yasu encounters in said chapter.Omukade's model is quite different from her previous models. Her current model resembles a centipede more than her previous models. Though she retains her black centipede body, her limbs have changed to be much longer and less thicker appendages. These new arms are now bloody red instead of pitch black, and she has many more of them now in slightly different places. Kintoru (近東瑠: Kintōru), more commonly known as Sama (様: Sama) is the main antagonist of Control's Book and was also one of the four main antagonists of the game, along with the other beasts in The Mimic. Known as the accursed witch and an evil-being, she was one of the four beasts that rampaged across the Earth as the Beast of Control and was also the entity responsible for Yasu's cursed bloodline, causing both of them to experience peculiar visions throughout their journeys.Kintoru appears to be an unnaturally tall, yet stunning woman who has a few monstrous features. She has long, dark hair, a large black sun hat, pure white skin, and a face with smeared red lipstick. She has eyes fitted with malicious, large red irises and a black sclera. Kintoru wears a black dress with dark feathers around her collar, suited with loud, black heels. She also has large hands with long black claws. She first appears in the last maze of Chapter II. Kintoru is known to have different appearances, making her a shape shifter. Usually, her appearance is best known to resemble someone, but all dressed in black with white skin.

Hiachi Masashige (正まさ成しげ八ヒアチ: Masashige Hiachi) is a pivotal character in Control's Book and an overall major character in The Mimic, serving as the first antagonist of Chapter I, and an unseen yet important character in most parts of Control's Book. She is the first monster to appear in the main story, making her the catalyst, or inhibitor of Control's Book. Before she was cursed by Kintoru, Hiachi was a young human girl and the daughter of Futaba Masashige. Hiachi eventually met Kintoru when she stumbled upon a sakura forest with her doll. Kintoru, also known as "Sama", became a mother figure to her, until she deceived and cursed Hiachi.

Biwaki Masashige (正まさ成しげ琵琶びわ気き: Masashige Biwaki) is one of the puppets of Kintoru in The Mimic. She can be first seen in Control's Book: Chapter I, in front of the entrance to the Arari Village. She is the daughter of Kaito Masashige and Niko Masashige, and the younger sister of Mihari Masashige. Biwaki is the third monster to be introduced to Yasu Masashige. She makes her first appearance in the Arari Village and is seen later on the second floor of The Hotel.
