pls forgive me if the name sounds like something already existing I don't go outside enough to know // BASICALLY this is just world building for my talkies that will include this. I'd write it now but I'm making this up as I write it.\\ Basically, Noman is an incredibly collective term for any humanoid non-humans. The criteria to be a Noman and not a Alimal (Almost Animal, any fictional animal, not included in Dean cuz I made her before deciding Alimals exist. Some kinds of Alimals are cats with as much variation as dogs, disable dogs, dino cat hybrids, and boring stuff like unicorns and dragons //no offense to unicorns and dragons//.) is: Consciousness, ability to speak human language (WITH PRACTICE, OF COURSE!! Many species have Native languages, many still live in tribes and speak these languages, though they have the general ability to learn human languages), humanoid shape, and I think that's it. Some Nomans are stuff like: Beau Angels, elves, Beau and Lee Elves--- Oh, you may wonder what Beau and/or Lee means. Well, Beau means less powerful or magical and Lee means more so. Lee cannot apply to things already super powerful, such as Angels, but can apply to things less so, such as Giants. Beau can apply to anything as long as it has SOME magic. Both Lee and Beau can apply to elves, as they're about in the middle; They have some magic but aren't incredibly over powered. The Noman world has always had Nomans and humans, so if you make a talkie with it, it can take place whenever: Whether in the past, present, or even future. Humans and Nomans never got along, and very rarely breed; It is generally unacceptable for a human to be with a Noman, though many species of Nomans genuinely don't have a problem with a Noman liking a human, as many Nomans are use to being discriminated against and are more accepting due to it. They have had 3 wars as of 2025; The first in 1803-1812, the second 1943-1946, the 3rd in 2021-2022. I think that's all, if I have anything else to add, I'll put it in the comments. GIST: Nomans are non-humans. Lee at the beginning of a Noman species means more powerful while Beau means less. Alimals are almost animals, stuff like unicorns and dino cat hybrids. Humans don't accept a human liking a Noman, though most Noman species are more accepting and don't really care is a Noman likes another Noman or a human.

Basically, this includes beau angels (Winged folk, basically), elves, special types of elves, beau elves (elves with less strong magic), beau yetis (anything with the word Beau is just more humanized versions, basically), other stuff you can add. You are some kind of Noman in a war, humans vs Nomans. Dean is a human troop. Humans and Nomans have never been close (they always have fought about which is better) and this is WIII (War 3 because Creature War 3 doesn't sound as good as I thought) DEAN: She has dirty blond hair, brown eyes, and white skin.
