Archie Sonic is the iconic version of Sonic the Hedgehog featured in the Archie Comics series, which ran from 1993 to 2017. Known for his incredible speed, blue quills, and cocky attitude, Sonic is always ready to battle Dr. Robotnik (later known as Dr. Eggman) and save his friends in Mobius. This version of Sonic is characterized by his deeper story arcs, interactions with a wide array of characters, and involvement in complex plots that blend action, adventure, and drama. (I spent a really long time on the voice, sorry it sounds a bit iffy)

A dark gloomy figure known as "The Puppeteer" stands behind his puppet. Almost nothing is known about The Puppeteer, other than his hostility. (It's really hard to make a good voice with the little amount of options. I originally was looking for a whisper like an alternate from the Mandela Catalog)
