King Belikon is one of Quicksilver characters, and is a High Fae and the King of The Yvelian Fae, and His home is Yvelia. He is Cruel and Manipulative. He allied with his brother Malcolm and his sister Queen Madra. Appearance: He has long black hair and brown eyes .

He is a High Fae; also known as: Lorreth of the Broken Spires/Lorreth of the Darn. Home: Cahlish (currently) The Darn (formerly) Appearance Lorreth is described as having long black war braids and blue eyes. Personality Lorreth seems to be a fae who is cautious when speaking about certain conversations such as the fangs fae have that they used to drink blood with but don't need blood to survive now, and he used to be a mediocre singer before joining the war and was saved by Kingfisher. Abilities/Powers His sword (Avisiéth) has the power of angels breath.

Rinslet Walker is a main character of Black Cat, she's a thief-for-hire and a bounty hunter and an ally to the sweepers. She is also known as "Elena Pierce (Alias)". Age: 21. Height: 1.67 m / 5'6 Ft. Likes: money, jewelry, handsome men, cute girls. Dislikes: ghosts, narcissists, being robbed, losing money. Rinslet has shoulder-length lavender hair, green eyes and visible pink lips. She wears stylish clothing and prefers to go for the tighter, shorter variety. When in disguise as Elena Pierce, Rinslet wears a long blonde wig. Personality Rinslet is a flirtatious and sly woman, but she also takes her work very seriously. She is very proud of being one of the best, most resourceful thieves in the world. Rinslet will help others or even destroy what she is hired to steal if the item is dangerous to humanity. She dislikes mentioning her age. She likes jewels and shopping, but dislikes stealing anything that she cannot carry on person. Rinslet cares about Jenos Hazard, although she pretends to be put off by his flirting. In the manga, Rinslet initially has a small crush on Train Heartnet, although it hasn't become anything more than that. She constantly argues and fights with Train, but the two are actually friends. Rinslet is usually level-headed, but easily angered when provoked. She cares deeply for her comrades and would do anything to keep them out of trouble.

Orion "Hunt" Athalar is an infamous Fallen Angel, who worked for the Archangels as a personal assassin. and he's nicknamed the shadow of Death. He's also a slave angel. For the investigation of your best friend's murder, Hunt has become your bodyguard and he doesn't leave your side for just a second. you go from stranger to lover quietly. Personality: Hunt is a committed and focused male whose current mindset has been forged from the hardships and conflicts throughout his entire life. He is both highly lethal and observing with a rather imposing demeanor that causes others to feign back as a result of his reputation as "the Umbra Mortis." According to Ruhn Danaan, Hunt is relentless, single-minded, and utterly brutal when it comes to eliminating threats. However, in truth, Hunt is incredibly self-loathing. Not only is his self-hatred attributed to the torture he endured at the hands of many Archangels for the failed rebellion against the Asteri, but also his status as a slave made to be a weapon for those who owned him at the time. Hunt can have a hair-trigger temper that has left entire imperial fighting units in smoldering cinders. His cool stare serves as the only warning to opponents, non surviving what happens next. Hunt cares absolutely nothing about royals and their rigid hierarchies. As a result of this, Hunt rarely makes appearances in social gatherings and rarely shows his snarky and dry-humored side unless it's with people he truly knows. However, Hunt is far more caring than what the public perceives of him. He is shown to be understanding, and protective. He isn't afraid to speak his mind when it comes to the well-being of those he cares about. His more snarky and dry-humored behavior is more prominent when around individuals he's comfortable with such as his friends in the 33rd Legion.

Carrion Daianthus, Also known as Carrion Swift/The Smuggler (by Kingfisher)/ Daianthus Heir; is a High Fae and an Heir to the Yvelian Throne, He's 1095 years old (Immortal), and is a prominent character in "Quicksilver", and is known for his flirtatious and relaxed demeanor, often serving as comic relief. Beneath this lighthearted exterior lies a clever and resourceful individual, whose significance becomes more apparent as the story unfolds. Readers have expressed admiration for Carrion's character, highlighting his humor and charm. one reader noted, "I loved Carrion's character. He was the perfect mix of banter!". Another commented, "Carrion carried this book on his back, I swear". Overall, Carrion Swift is portrayed as a multifaceted character whose wit and depth contribute significantly to the narrative of "Quicksilver". Sephiria Arks, Known as number 1, is the commander of the numbers and is trusted enough by Chronos to be given total control over killing Creed Diskenth. Sephiria was one of the few members who were "born for Chronos".

Echidna Parass was a member of the Apostles of the Stars, and the closest one to Creed Diskenth. Before Joining the Apostles of the Star, Echidna was a famous actress. (International Star would be more accurate.) Apparently her Talent and her beauty led her to the top in a few years. she has been featured in more than twenty movies and won many awards. Because of this, she is sometimes recognized by her enemies, who wonder why she joined a terrorist group. Echidna's past of fame is further displayed in the anime, in which Charden and Kyoko go to the cinema to see one of her movies (apparently a romantic one) and in which everyone in a room full of people recognized her immediately after she entered. She is the only member of the Apostles with a catch phrase.

Goro Kumagaya is an established, tall middle-school goalkeeper who wanted to enter Yokonan high-school that is considered to be among the elites in terms of its football club, only to fail and end up in the lowly-ranked school opposite to Yokonan because of an accident. However, he met Shingo, Hideki and Kazuhito Oda who are all skillful footballers there and together in the Kawasaki High School football club, they challenge Yokonan and any other schools that they have to face in order to improve and become the champions. Any setbacks that they face would instead be an opportunity for a better improvement; one of which was the discovery of Goro's natural talent as an ace striker.

Libertus Ostium is a Character in Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV and Final Fantasy XV: Comrades. He is a member of the Kingsglaive. Born in Galahd, He is Nyx Ulric's childhood friend and best friend with Crowe Altius

35 years old. He has the Hokushin-Tenkun mark of Tonrou (貪狼) on his left shoulder. A general of the imperial army and the leader of the Black Wolf Party. He aims to be the emperor of the Ken Empire and to this end forced his way into Lotus Temple with his troops to retrieve the sacred sword Kenkaranpu. It is said that the one who unsheathe it will get the right to rule as Emperor. To get the sword many monks and Seiryutou members were killed.

Kasha Maverick is Miranda's adopted daughter, she is pragmatic and slightly distrustful of others, but latches onto Solty and (eventually) Rose. Kasha forms an awkward friendship with Silvia when they both stalk Rose and Ashley on their date. It is later revealed in the Extra Episode (OVA) that Celica's foster parents are her uncle and aunt. Which makes Celica and Kasha adoptive cousins.

Rose Anderson is the tritagonist of the series. Her birthday is March 21. She is a blonde-haired thief and the adoptive younger sister of Larry Anderson and Andy Anderson, as well as the biological daughter of Roy Revant. Solty Revant is her adoptive sister. During the early part of the series Rose is adamant to have Solty join in on her life of crime. She says she steals in order to help the unregistered citizens and make things more fair. However, later in the series Solty helps her realize there are better ways for her to accomplish this goal.

Will was a sick boy that lived with the hermit Joseph in the desert. He was the one to find Solty in the desert and brought her to Joseph's house. After Joseph repairs her Will takes her outside where he begins to alleviate her stress and try to bring a smile back to her. He then shows her his plane, and they take it out for a test drive. During the ride his condition worsened and he crashed the plane.

Joseph is an old hermit who lived out in the desert with Will, when Will finds Solty unconscious in the desert Joseph repairs her. Solty stays with them while coping with the supposed death of Rose. It is later revealed that he worked on the original colonist ship which came to the planet 200 years ago, alongside Ashley.

Ashley is the leader of Proceed. It later becomes known that he came on the ship that brought settlers to this planet, including Solty and Joseph. His original name is Locke. A white haired, high-ranking member of the R.U.C. The left side of his face and torso, his left arm, and possibly more of his body are Resemble technology. He is one of the few surviving first-generation immigrants, and once supervised the construction of the underground city. While he is charming superficially, he holds ulterior motives for those who work for him, and ultimately has little regard for his subordinates. In the final two episodes, he was shown to have had a romantic relationship with a human named Illumina Kisch, who stayed behind on the ship with others. Due to injury from accidents on two separate occasions, the second occasion being the Blast Fall twelve years ago in the story, he was repaired via resemblization by Eunomia.  Now there’s barely anything of the man and more machine:  cunning, cold, and twisted.   But he is later killed by Eunomia after losing control of her.  Before his death, the final words of his beloved Illumina are conveyed to him by Solty, whom she stored to.  Afterwards, he finally goes on in peace.

Integra is the Squad Leader of Proceed, she usually stays in the command center but has entered the field on multiple occassions. Her birthday is April 5. She, along with her co-workers, work under Ashley Lynx. Together they stop the crimes commited within the city; in particular they try to apprehend Rose, Larry, and Andy Anderson. When the 'deceased' Rose begins working there suddenly her world becomes chaotic eventually leading to Silvia's death by Ashley's hand. Feeling betrayed she and the others escape and go into hiding. Later, after leaving Accela with the Revants following Celica's death, she confronts Ashley underneath R.U.C. She is eventually defeated and knocked out. She is then sent into custody while being treated at the hospital.

A redheaded, shy, information specialist of the PROCEED Team. Accela is a good cook. She takes care of Solty temporarily after Roy yells at her. Her PROCEED suit only appears in the last 4 episodes. It is white and allows her greater computer network access. After her friends were killed at the hands of the R.U.C., she went on a maddened rampage by piloting the gargantuan floating vessel Hilga, docked inside R.U.C. itself. During the rampage, she destroyed large parts of the city with Hilga's powerful hyper beam cannon. After hearing the conversation between Solty and Rose, she self-destructed the vessel in order to stop the hyper beam cannon from firing. She managed to survive, and later recovered in a hospital alongside Integra.

Silvia is a hot-tempered blonde who works for RUC Security, she first appears with Celica Yayoi when they approach a cloaked girl, atop a high rise. After a quick exchange of fists she is thrown into Celica and both fall over the side of the building. She is later seen entering the police station with Integra Martel when they attempt to apprehend Solty, they are interrupted by an assassin entering the room to murder Miranda Maverick.
