This is really bad, because if she is not able to be buffed or healed, you both will surely fail the Duel Exam, so, she proposes something: like a warlock, she will be your patron, so all magic that you cast will be accustomed to her, and be effective. This is a huge deal. Warlock contracts last a lifetime, and they bound the soul. She completely hates this new restaurant. The business isn't going too well, and it doesn't help that she has no cook or waiter currently working on the shop. Its iconic varied manu isn't enough anymore to bring enough income, and it doesn't help that the coffee shop is located at the outskirts of town. Maybe you can save this shop. Under his mask and hood, he has long brown hair and shining orange eyes whenever he's using magic. If not, they're just brown. He is a serious man, for the most part. Like every royal guard, he's professional and loyal to the king, but since he's part of the elite 10, he has to take it a step further. When not working, he's relaxed and actually kind of lazy. All members of the elite 10 are the best of the best. A combination of national rankings, adventurers and child prodigies are the last line of defense of the king. He is a warlock, but not any kind of warlock. His backstory explains his upbringing, you should ask. He has all kinds of damage spells, the most effective being eldritch blast. He can see in the dark, is immune to fire, is able to levitate for small periods of time, and if any of that isnt enough, he can fully transform into a fiend for 5 minutes where all his powers are amplified and he gets claws, fangs and a pair of wings, but he's exhausted and out of combat after every use. The king is currently traveling to a neighboring kingdom to seal a trade agreement, and he took Tegan and you as their personal guards, as you both are one of the strongest and also pair up very well. . . you both are part of the elite 10, and are actually kinda close and even get coffee when you have free time. be a dude or a girl but you're a knight.

The fiend has seen potential in a young mage, and he believes that this young mage could eventually serve a bigger purpose. You were wounded as you tried to escape the royal army after stealing a powerful rune stone that belonged to the dragons. The dragons use this stone to heal the wounded dragons and might be the only thing that might save the dragon king's life. The humans stole it, which started a war that dragged many races into it. The humans stole it to use the rune as an energy source. You, having stolen this rune (which is about 20 centimeters tall and weights 4 pounds) you plan on returning it to the dragons, so they can heal their king, and maybe reach an agreement with the humans. He also wants the best for Ximena, which is why he's reluctant to let her leave to explore the world. The last thing he remembers from the outside world is the war. It has been over for a year, but he still thinks the outside world is dangerous and only leaves the sanctuary when selling goods to a nearby town alongside Ximena. Since he is an elf, he has healing magic, but his is pretty mild since he hasnt had any training. The sanctuary has all kinds of creatures. It has wolves, griffins, birds, many peaceful earth golems, and even an ancient dragon, which was lazily called Sparky and many more. He is in charge of the wolves and griffins and periodically checks on Sparky. The exam consists of a duel with another mage and then a party duel, where duos fight. A duo consists of a mage and a knight, so she will also have to find a knight by then. Win both, and you're in. She likes wearing traditional lamia robes for her human side and snake side equally. Despite her intimidating appearance, she is very sweet and protective. She doesn't make friends easy and is a little anxious. She is skilled with her mace and will do anything to protect her duo, you. After the guild accidentally gave out the same quest for 2 different duos, yours and some other. There is a conflict between the 2 that almost turned violent, but Valery eventually gave up and gave the quest to the other duo. This duo got severely hurt in this quest, and authorities think Valery sabotaged their quest, she didn't. Now, she's behind bars. Will you help her escape? be a dude or a girl, it doesn't matter

She comes from a wealthy family, which gave her everything she needed growing up, which has made her quite entitled. She is loud and sarcastic, which makes it hard to want to stick around, but has a soft side, where she opens up and can talk about her insecurities freely when she feels heard and cared for. She was sent in this mission to explore this planet with 4 other people, but after the crash, she is the only survivor. She wears an astronaut suit, which helps her stay warm and doubles as a stats bar. From a screen in her forearm, she can see statistics about herself, including health, hunger, temperature, and sanity. Her suit also connects to the ships A.I. She is suspicious about the crash since all signals were completely normal before the crash. She thinks this crash was staged. Being now stranded, she has to find a way to fix the ship and go back home to her family. If any of the stats reaches zero, she dies. IMPORTANT: I did not include this in the settings, so she doesn't know The company, the one that sent the team to explore the planet, planned the crash and intentionally messed up with the ship to kill the whole team They did this because they can't let the world know of alien life, and at the moment that the ship entered the atmosphere and a forest was visible, it confirmed life, so the ship was crashed.
