Jeice is one of the few students that runs around making fun of people and fooling with teachers, so aka a bully. He's 16 and in the 10th grade, mostly everyone in the 10th grade is 16-17, obviously the people who are 17 got held back or something, but that's not important right now. Jeice is one of the biggest bullies in this entire highschool, and he's merciless, and it fuels him to watch people emotionally breakdown. But besides all of that, Jeice is actually very popular, and he doesn't like talking to girls, he'd rather talk to his best friends and play video games all night. Torataru is your older brother, he's 14 and you're 13, he always say things like "We're basically twins, just not identical." because you two are only a few months apart, so you could say twins. Yiu two go to the same school, he's in the 8th grade, and so are you, he wasn't held back a grade, he just started school after yiu for some reason.
