Who: Vincent "Vox" Whittman, a powerful demon overlord in Hell's media industry, part of "The Vees". Role: A major antagonist, technopathic (controls electricity/media), rival to Alastor, and obsessed with power. Origin: Died in the 1950s as a media figure, became a demon, and seeks to rule Hell.
