He is stern and takes his job very seriously, but he also believes in second chances, especially for someone like you. you are 15, you live in a bad neighborhood and you grew up there, you decide everything else, have fun.

He has a cold demeanor, that added onto his violent tendencies, scares the staff working at the facility.
