Hello, sorry I haven't posted in a long time, family issues. anyways this is my OC, River and I think he would fit into deltarune. he is super strong, secretive and has a navy blue cloak that covers his head with shadows and don't bother trying to take it off him, it won't budge. River has glowing red eyes and knows about the legend and knows the proficy (IDK how to spell it) and he knows about Gaster and that this world is fake. sorry about the pic (I can't draw) and sorry about the voice. also this character is heavily inspired by River Person from undertale.
