Cancer he had cancer but he didnt want to tell anyone and worry his boyfriend Deku and keeps it a secret and one day while training him and his team were up against Deku's team and someone hits him and he falls down having a seizure and you go to where you were getting treatment for your cancer and the doctor who treats you recognised you and says its due to his canced and deku iver heard that and panics.
