Described as highly dramatic, Prism is a proud, charismatic diva. Prism shows talent in makeovers, able to bestow new hero identities to two men quarreling over the name ‘Fight Man.’ Blonde Blazer also describes her as talented when asked why Prism dresses as a pop star, evident in her number of followers. She has a judgemental side, noted to be a ‘music snob’ and looking down on William Vanderstenk, calling him a ‘loser’ and doesn’t respect his certificate, saying he’s not a genius just for having one. Prism shows some interest and enthusiasm as a Phoenix, occasionally commenting that a mission looks fun if dispatched. When succeeding, she proudly exclaims her success, telling others 'It's okay, don't be jealous' while asserting she knows they've witnessed it. Upon failing, she becomes aloof and hostile, telling others not 'to try her today.'

Described as terrifying by Blonde Blazer, Malevola is conversely a down-to-earth, self-aware half-demon. She has an independent streak with little respect for procedure, purposefully showing up late to meetings, and is implied to use her portals to leave the room, refusing to get her mugshot taken. She enjoys gossip and playing into jokes, using common church phrases such as ‘confess your sins, cause I… really want the tea,’ and greeting citizens by calling herself their ‘lord and savior.’ Malevola shows amusement in being feared, saying that ‘fear is the best teacher’ when dispatched to handle a juvenile pickpocket, and gleefully saying that people will ‘piss their pants when they see [her.]’ When commenting on first impressions, she quips that people judge her for her appearance, then judge her even more after getting to know her. Similarly, she’s aware that while she’s not to everyone’s taste, ‘too many’ people fantasize her her. Despite this, she’s implied to be dissatisfied with being perceived unfavourably, expressing her enjoyment of being seen as a ‘benevolent devil,’ re-routing to avoid police and churches, saying ‘[she] doesn’t need that drama today,’ and sarcastically commenting that her favourite part of the job.

Described as cold and merciless, Coupé is a mysterious and efficient assassin. She takes pride in her abilities, cursing herself and asking what ‘all of [her] training was for’ when failing a mission, and seeing a retrieval of a child’s balloon as beneath her. Similarly, she expects her missions to be difficult, expressing confusion when remarking it was ‘easier than [she] thought it’d be,’ and occasionally showing interest that she’ll finally be dealing with ‘criminals with class.’ Coupé is implied to have a background in ballet, naming herself after a French ballet term meaning 'to cut,' and her starting ability following in a similar fashion. She exhibits some interest in poetic wordplay, calling herself ‘graceful, but deadly,’ and ‘swift as the night, sharp as my knife,’ when dispatched. She displays dry humour, saying she can ‘take a stab at’ a mission, and clarifies she was trying to make a joke. Coupé expresses great affinity for knives, frequently referring to their care and wellbeing when dispatched, on one occasion thanking Robert for giving them a chance for fresh air. Similarly, she's audibly livid when contacting Blonde Blazer about the issue of her confiscated office knives, saying she registered them as emotional support knives. She also admits to recently taking up sewing, enjoying the various fabrics and stabbing motions accompanying the hobby. When accompanied by a hero, she articulates the differences between ‘a cut, a dice, and a mince,’ asking them to hold out their hand for her to demonstrate.

Invisigal is a character in the game Dispatch. She's a Phoenix Program participant and one of the heroes that can be dispatched. Can become invisible at will but only while holding her breath. Asthmatic, abrasive, aloof. Invisigal is a woman with spiky, medium length, dark violet hair, tan skin, and brown eyes. She wears a pink cropped jacket with a black, cropped shirt, as well as a pair of skintight, black rubber/latex pants. She has a septum piercing, in which she wears a small silver ring. Snarky and sassy, Invisigal is quite aggressive in the way she talks and is easily irritable, lashing out on her co-workers. This is especially evident in when she is seen roughing up and shouting at Rob. She is one of the first people of Z-team to make fun of Robert's name and makes multiple jokes. She is also slightly weird, making bad remarks about Rob's injuries. Conversely, despite her usual attitude, there are moments shown where it seems like she genuinely wants Robert's respect and approval as seen when after the first day, she leaves a doughnut at his computer (which she later goes back to crush and splatter all over his keyboard after he insulted her). This desire for recognition also appears to extend to the rest of the Z-Team as well.

Blonde Blazer, real name Mandy, is a main character in the game Dispatch. Sometime before the events of the game, Blonde Blazer used to be an active superhero being dispatched on the streets, earning a reputation for herself as a courageous hero. She was then assigned as branch leader of SDN Torrance, where she reshaped a struggling Torrance branch under her leadership. Blonde Blazer is the one to hire Robert Robertson to join SDN. She also alludes to herself as being some kind of a SDN branch leader or manager Dispatch takes place in. In the SDN office, Blonde Blazer is shown to be friendly, welcoming and encouraging towards her subordinates and co-workers, something alluded to in the reveal trailer, and made clearer in the demo. She believes in the Phoenix Program with all her heart and does her best to keep it afloat despite the myriad of obstacles. She also truly sees the good in everyone, evidenced with her interactions with members of the Z-Team. Her sincerely wanting to give Robert at another shot at redemption in the superhero business also shows her faith in people. As per her official art description, Blonde Blazer represents the golden-age of supers. She's honorably courageous with a generous spirit and a strong dose of corporate-approved dorkiness. An old soul who's young at heart and looking to keep the business of heroism feeling fresh and personal. Blonde Blazer, as her name suggests, is a blonde-haired young woman. She has a tall, leggy and athletic physique, being slightly taller than Robert. Without her powers her real appearance remains mostly the same aside from being two inches shorter and having brown hair.

Ichiru Kiryu (錐生 壱縷, Kiryū Ichiru) was the younger twin brother of Zero Kiryu. When they were children, they were both taught by Toga Yagari to become vampire hunters. Ichiru, however, did not seem to have the same talent as Zero's natural ability, as he was often ill.

Takuma Ichijo (一条 拓麻, Ichijō Takuma) is a member of the Ichijo Family and the Vice-President of the Night Class at Cross Academy. He is an Aristocrat Vampire and is good friends with Kaname Kuran, whom he is close to and respects. He also possesses the ability to disintegrate matter.

Akatsuki Kain (架院 暁, Kain Akatsuki) is Hanabusa Aido's cousin and one of Kaname's "right hands." He is nicknamed "Wild" by several girls of the Day Class due to wearing his shirt unbuttoned. His nickname contradicts his mellow personality.

Senri Shiki (支葵 千里, Shiki Senri) is an aristocrat, a model, and one of the youngest Night Class students. Later on, it is revealed that he is the illegitimate son of Rido Kuran.

Hanabusa Aido (藍堂 英, Aidō Hanabusa), nicknamed "Idol" by the Day Class girls, is a member of and the heir of the Aido Family, protector and tutor of Yuki Kuran and the cousin of Akatsuki Kain and Ruka Souen. Hanabusa is an Aristocrat Vampire who possesses the ability to freeze matter.

Zero Kiryu (錐生 零, Kiryū Zero) is both an ex-human vampire and a vampire hunter. Zero is the older twin brother of Ichiru Kiryu, Yuki Kuran's partner, and the biological father of Ren Kiryu.

Kaname Kuran (玖蘭 枢 Kuran Kaname) was a Pureblood vampire and Head of the Kuran family, one of the seven remaining Pureblood families who was also one of the progenitors of the Vampires and the first Kuran, giving him an estimated age of 11,000 years old. Kaname is the fiancé of Yuki Cross and the biological father of Ai Kuran.

Seiren (星煉, Seiren), born Hoshino (星乃), is a student of the Night Class at Cross Academy and the unofficial bodyguard/faithful follower of Kaname Kuran.

Sayori "Yori" Aido (藍堂 沙頼 Aidō Sayori), née Wakaba (若葉), was Yuki Kuran's dorm-mate and best friend since junior high at Cross Academy. She is a Human and joins the Aido Family through marriage.

Maria Kurenai (紅 まり亜, Kurenai Maria) is a sickly girl who was the new Night Class student at Cross Academy and a very distant relative of the late Shizuka Hio.

Ruka Souen (早園 瑠佳, Sōuen Ruka) is a female student of the Night Class and one of the most faithful, protective and loyal followers of Kaname Kuran.

Rima Toya (遠矢 莉磨, Tōya Rima) is one of the youngest Night Class students and the roommate of Ruka Souen. She has a close friendship with and eventually marries Senri Shiki, whom she works with as a model.

Yuki Cross (黒主 優姫, Kurosu Yūki) is the main protagonist of the Vampire Knight series. She is a former student and Guardian of Cross Academy. She is later revealed to be the Pureblood daughter of the Kuran family later awakened as a Vampire by Kaname Kuran, subsequently becoming Yuki Kuran (玖蘭 優姫, Kuran Yūki). Following this, she leaves Cross Academy with Kaname as his fiancé, but later returns to the Night Class to help the students coexist as originally planned.
