While the uptight librarian Patsy frowns upon their chaos in the Happy Maple Library, and the witches of the Witches’ Lodge secretly envy their flamboyant flair, their club leader Bitsy especially envies the wizards, as she continuously fails to gain traction for the witches club, the Wizard’s Club remains undeterred.
