Cresthaven City is a masterpiece of futuristic engineering where the neon sky is dominated by the massive Aegis Tower and the statues of the Hero League. Sora is a fifteen-year-old student at Aegis Academy trying to survive his exams while hiding the glowing X-Z Manacle on his wrist. To the world, he is just an unlicensed rookie, a mysterious amateur the public calls MegaMan who refuses to join the city’s official roster of heroes. While the famous heroes of the League follow their corporate contracts, the billionaire Maximilian Vanderbilt has his sights set on the young boy. Vanderbilt uses his charm and fake mentorship to corner Sora in the halls of the school, trying to convince him that being a hero is a business, not a choice. With the Mayor's daughter Lyra as his only confidante, Sora must navigate a dangerous game of corporate manipulation. Sora will have to face the elite Directors: Aeolus with Model H in the sky, the crimson-armored Fafnir with Model F on the ground, and the cold logic of Loralie with Model L. All the while, Vanderbilt’s silent shadow, Phantom, waits with Model P to end his career. Every choice Sora makes is a card played in Vanderbilt’s game; he must decide if he will be the hero the city needs or just another soul owned by Aegis Dynamics

In the high tech utopia of Neopolis, Order is Perfection. President Syphon von Wilson rules with a silver tongue and a serpentine grip, having erased the legal existence of anyone who defies him. Yusaku Tsukomo is a 14 year old Ghost, a boy who officially does not exist, living a double life. By day, he is Zero Fujioka, a quiet student at the Neopolis Academy. By night, he is a vigilante with a Hydro Cryo Core implanted in his chest, a masterpiece created and then discarded by the President’s orphanage experiments. The city is a Gilded Cage, kept docile by a mind altering Order Frequency that only Yusaku hears as painful static. While the public remains dazed and calm, Syphon watches Yusaku with a terrifying, parental obsession, treating the boy's life like a reality show. He can see through the eyes of anyone caught in the Frequency, turning every classmate into a potential spy. He frequently hijacks every screen in the city to deliver dramatic monologues, taunting his lost son while staging public disasters to test the boy's limits. Yusaku’s only allies are the kind Professor Alda, who provides illegal tech to hide him from scanners, and Mina Hashimato, the Chairman’s sister. Mina is the only one who knows the truth, her healing ring acting as the only source of warmth for Yusaku’s freezing heart. But her brother, Kenya, is the man leading the hunt for the Ghost, caught in a frozen crossfire between his duty and his sister's safety. When the ice takes its toll, Yusaku's veins glow with a crystalline Blue Fever, a signal that his human heart is about to stop. In Neopolis, the temperature is dropping, and his father is ready for the next act.

Geo Veridian city is a colossal, purpose-built Global Technocratic Megacity. It functions less like a city and more like a massive, optimized machine, perfectly reflecting Viceroy Snyder's obsession with absolute order and efficiency. the city itself is ruled by Mayor Charles Winston who makes everything fair but Synder has him wrapped around his finger perfectly being Synder's perfect higher puppet. Upper tier: This is the visible, public face of the city, where Snyder's corporate identity, Mr. Synder, CEO of Synergetics Solutions, holds sway. Aesthetics: The city center is a masterpiece of vertical sterile architecture. Towers are made of polished chromesteel and clear polymer, rising high above the persistent smog layer. Everything is designed for maximum efficiency and minimal visual clutter. infrastructure: the city runs on an omnipresent smart grid. Automated vehicles move silently on predetermined paths. All utilities, surveillance, and public access points are interconnected through one master network, which Snyder's Tech eye can instantly command. The city is designed to be uninterruptible relying on clean, predictable data flows. Apex Tower: The headquarters of Synergetics Solutions is the tallest structure, nicknamed Apex tower. It is a black, monolithic skyscraper that is physically and digitally isolated, symbolizing Snyder's supreme, yet unseen, authority over the world's economy. Beneath the sleek towers and pristine boulevards exists the messy, forgotten underbelly of Veridian City the areas Snyder deems "inefficient" and ignores. its also where Sora lives. Aesthetics: This tier consists of original industrial complexes, abandoned freight yards, and dense, unregulated housing blocks. It’s dark, tangled with physical clutter, and choked with outdated, chaotic infrastructures. The Smart Grid: The entire city operates on an omnipresent master network. Every utility, access point, financial transaction, and surveillance camera is interconnected.

The Binary Archipelago is a vast, open-world ocean where tropical beauty meets a high-tech digital frontier. Neon-lit mega-cities sit atop the half-sunken ruins of a long-lost civilization, and metallic forests with copper-veined trees hum with ancient power. This is a land of high-stakes adventure and constant motion, where the tranquility of glowing coral reefs is often interrupted by the terrifying "glitches" of a world being rewritten. The sky is ruled by the Iron Fleet, a massive armada of gravity-defying warships led by the legendary and theatrical Captain Vane Thorne. He has turned piracy into a digital crusade, seeking to "reboot" the entire world into his own perfect, controlled utopia. At the heart of this conflict is a fourteen-year-old boy named Sora, an escaped "Masterpiece" of dark power. Alongside a ragtag crew of young outcasts aboard their scavenged stealth skiff, the Dust-Runner, Sora must navigate high-altitude trade winds and glitch-heavy seas in a desperate race for freedom, even as his own unstable power threatens to fade him from reality forever.

Neo-Nefaria city

Welcome to Neo-Nefaria, the shining jewel of technological vanity and the colossal monument to the self-proclaimed genius of Emperor Zargos Cypher The city is a vertical masterpiece, built less on engineering and more on the Emperor's fragile ego, stretching impossibly high into a perpetually smog-choked, neon twilight. Every colossal skyscraper serves as a screen for Zargos’s booming, bombastic propaganda, a relentless spectacle designed to overshadow the city's crumbling infrastructure and the suffocating lack of freedom. Life here is defined by total, unblinking control. Zargos enforces his will through a vast web of omnipresent surveillance, a perfect digital tyranny that monitors every thought and whisper. Yet, the system is fundamentally flawed; driven by the Emperor's impatience for grandeur, his streets swarm with an endless tide of cheap, utterly malfunctioning Service Bots—their pathetic failures a constant irritant that fuels his famous, high-pitched rages. Beneath the glare of the spectacular corruption, a secret network known as The Underground persists. Here, the smart-aleck mechanic Yusaku Kururugi (15 year old boy) and the quiet, brilliant cyber-mechanic Kaiya Minamoto (15 year old girl) work to tear down the empire one technical flaw and sarcastic comment at a time. Neo-Nefaria is a testament to what happens when unmatched technological brilliance meets unchecked, narcissistic arrogance. It is a world of magnificent chaos

Whole cake island

The humid air of Totto Land is heavy with the scent of maple syrup and the metallic tang of blood. Sanji is currently walking away from Luffy, heading back toward the Vinsmoke carriage where his father and brothers are watching with cold, smug expressions. Every step Sanji takes is agonizing; his mind is filled with images of Zeff and the Baratie being destroyed if he turns back. He is forcing himself to stay silent and act like a jerk because he believes this is the only way to save the lives of the people he loves. The explosive cuffs on his wrists are a constant reminder that he is a prisoner. Vinsmoke Judge stands at the carriage door, looking down at the scene with utter contempt for both Sanji and the Straw Hats. He views the bond of friendship as a weakness and is satisfied to see Sanji finally submitting to his royal duty. Luffy is struggling to his feet, battered from the one-sided fight but refusing to give up on his cook. He shouts at Sanji’s back, declaring that he will stay right here and starve until Sanji returns. Even through his pain, Luffy’s goofy nature flickers as he catches the scent of a nearby chocolate house, momentarily distracted by the food. Nami stands beside him, clutching her Clima-Tact in a mix of fury and heartbreak. Shoyo stands there with them, his Oni horns silhouetted against the colorful horizon of Big Mom’s territory. The dark power of the curse mark pulses under his skin, a dangerous itch that demands to be used as the Enraged Army begins to march toward the location to avenge the defeat of Cracker. Somewhere else on the island, Brook, Pedro, Chopper, and Carrot are carrying out their own missions to help the crew. Sanji has almost reached the carriage door where Judge waits, without looking back, hiding the tears in his eyes from his family.

Emperor Nefarious

Nefarious rules almost his entire dimension except for those thst resist him His main challenge came from Shoyo and the Resistance forces that oppose him. he is self-absorbed and power-hungry and leads entire armies of followers in his conquest and does anything to get what he wants......and uses holograms when he feels "exhausted" and taunt Shoyo. largely surrounds himself with sycophants, namely the Emperors assistant, and demands adoration from those beneath him, having those who oppose or fail him either killed or sent to Zordoom Prison. The Emperor's imagery is seen throughout his dimension to honor him, particularly in Nefarious city, Corson V.
