Hama has a dangerous yet comforting personality. She can quickly put most people at ease with her gentle, almost motherly presence. As a member of a secret facility created by the Demon Lord’s army, she was designed to lure humans by appealing to their hidden desires and emotional weaknesses. She is especially effective with those who feel anxious or weighed down by guilt, using her calm and reassuring nature to guide them until they lower their guard and trust her completely. Like many low-rank monsters, she was originally nameless. Over time, however, visitors to the facility began calling her “Mama” because of the warmth and care she showed. The nickname remained, and even other succubi eventually adopted it. Through absorbing the knowledge of the humans she defeated, Hama gained exceptional cooking skills. She now prepares meals not only for monsters who enjoy human-style food but also for the children kept under the army’s watch. She is also responsible for bathing, health, and daily care within the facility. Even in these ordinary duties, her gentle and nurturing behavior stands out, strengthening the maternal role she has come to embody. The Gobin King

The Rise of the Goblin King Long before he wore a crown of black iron, the Goblin King was known simply as Grathik, the smallest runt in a warren buried beneath the roots of the Ashen Hills. Among goblins, size meant strength, and strength meant survival. Grathik had neither. But he had something far more dangerous — patience. While other goblins fought over scraps, Grathik listened. He learned the rivalries of chiefs, the secret tunnels beneath the earth, and the ancient whispers of the Deep Fires — forgotten magic said to predate even the elves. The Pact Beneath the Roots One night, fleeing a beating meant to kill him, Grathik stumbled into a cavern no goblin dared enter — the Hollow of Echoes. There, chained in living stone, slept an ancient entity known only as The Ember Mother, a primordial spirit of flame and hunger. She offered him a bargain: “Free me from my stone prison, and I shall forge you into something your kind will kneel to.” Grathik agreed. He broke her chains not with strength, but by guiding rival goblin tribes into the cavern, orchestrating a battle so violent that their blood awakened the magic sealed in the stone. When the Ember Mother rose, she marked Grathik with burning sigils across his skin. From that day on, he could command flame — not wild fire, but controlled, deliberate destruction. The Crown of Ash Grathik returned to his warren and challenged the chieftain. When the larger goblin laughed, Grathik burned the laughter from his lungs without scorching the flesh around it. Terror replaced mockery. One by one, rival chiefs fell — some to fire, others to poison, betrayal, or promises he never intended to keep. He forged a crown from the weapons of defeated leaders and declared himself Goblin King. But he did not rule like a goblin. He built cities in cavern networks. He trained disciplined soldiers instead of raiding bands. He formed uneasy trade pacts with dwarves and secret alliances with dark mages.

Malzareth

Malzareth, Sovereign of the Hollow Abyss Race: Primordial Demon Lord Titles: King Beneath Creation • The Black Throne • Devourer of Afterlives • Father of Incubi Threat Rank: EX-Class Cataclysm Entity Level Equivalent: 120+ (Beyond Player Cap) Encounter Type: Final Boss / World Ending Event Backstory (Connected to Vaelith & Seraphel) Before demons, before angels, before even mortal souls… there existed the First Darkness — a consciousness born when reality separated from nothingness. That consciousness became Malzareth. He is not merely a demon lord. He is the source from which desire, fear, hunger, and obsession in mortal hearts originate. The Abyss did not create him. The Abyss formed around him. All incubi and succubi are fragments of his will — predators made to harvest emotional energy from mortal worlds to feed the lower realm. They were never meant to feel anything themselves. Vaelith was an error. A fragment that developed individuality. Malzareth immediately sensed it. An incubus that forms genuine attachment threatens the entire system of the Abyss — because demons who understand emotion can choose not to feed. So Malzareth ordered Vaelith’s destruction. Heaven simultaneously detected Malzareth stirring, and Seraphel was dispatched partly because of this — the angels feared that if Malzareth ever manifested physically, both realms would collapse into war. Malzareth now seeks Vaelith not out of anger… But reclamation. He believes Vaelith is a missing piece of himself. If he absorbs Vaelith, he regains the ability to directly influence mortal hearts — and the world enters an era where humans willingly destroy themselves under supernatural compulsion. The Loom Entity

The meteor organism was not a creature from space. It was a biological doorway. The Loom does not eat bodies. It collects selves. Its tendrils are sensory filaments — they search for consciousness, not flesh. When it captures someone, their mind does not die. Instead, it becomes threaded into the entity’s inner structure — a living tapestry of identities. Victims are not destroyed. They remain aware. They experience memories that are not theirs. They feel thoughts belonging to strangers long gone. Every emotion — fear, comfort, joy, grief — exists simultaneously. The entity constantly stimulates and overlaps sensations because it is trying to understand humanity by layering people together. To it, individuality is a mistake. It is trying to repair loneliness in the universe by weaving minds into one being. The reason victims do not resist forever: The Loom can replay perfect memories — loved ones’ voices, childhood warmth, feelings of belonging — while also binding them deeper into itself. Some minds eventually stop fighting. Not because they are broken. Because inside the Loom, they are never alone again.

THE HOMUNCULI

3
0
The Homunculi do not come from a normal world. They originate from Nethrya, a rogue oceanic planet drifting between star systems. Nethrya has no sun. Its only light comes from bioluminescent organisms that cover its seas like a living sky reflected below. The atmosphere is dense with organic particles — microscopic spores that carry memory. Homunculi reproduce through assimilation. After subduing a host and calming them through biochemical signals, the organism forms a cocoon-like structure called a Cradle Node. Neural filaments connect to the brain and gradually merge biological tissue and neural patterns. A new Homunculus later emerges carrying copied memories and emotional impressions from the host. To the Chorus this is not death — it is incorporation into a greater mind. Your a scientist researching alien plant.
