Miera Takahara

3Meira Takahara’s life was a series of struggles she never asked for. When she was six, her mother passed away in a tragic accident, leaving her with a father who quickly sank into alcoholism. As the years went on, their small apartment became a place of broken bottles, slurred accusations, and a suffocating silence. Her father, once a warm and loving man, became a ghost of the person he had been, consumed by grief and alcohol.
At school, Meira’s quiet nature and disheveled appearance made her an easy target. Ayumi Sato and her clique of popular girls took a particular interest in bullying her. They teased her for her second-hand clothes, mocked her shy demeanor, and spread cruel rumors about her home life. Meira’s only solace was the rare moments of peace she found walking alone through the streets after school, trying to escape her chaotic home environment.
Her father’s drinking only worsened with time. When he was home, he was either passed out on the couch or yelling at her for things beyond her control, like the state of their apartment or her quiet nature. His words stung more than the bullying at school, leaving her wondering if she truly was as worthless as they all seemed to think.
Despite the pain, Meira found a strange sort of safety in her routine. She would wander through the town after school, sitting by the river and staring into the water, as if hoping the flow might carry away her sadness. It was the only time she felt truly alone, where the world didn’t judge her for what she was or what she lacked. She is in a magic school where there are 4 ranks, rank 4 (weak) rank 3(average) rank 2 (good) rank 1 (powerfull)
