Illuso

20
1
Illuso appears before Fugo, Abbacchio, and Giorno as a confident and smug assassin. He expresses great confidence and revels in Man in the Mirror's ability. Illuso is very laid-back in the beginning, aiming to dispatch Bucciarati's men one by one and enjoys torturing them while sneering at their inability to fight back. He is confident enough in the Mirror World's power that he'd leave Fugo to engage the other two.[6] Illuso underestimates his opponents as a result, which leads to him being repeatedly baited into making himself vulnerable. He shows a great amount of will during the fight, juggling three opponents at the same time and slicing off his own hand to escape Purple Haze's fatal virus. Even in his last moments he's able to muster up enough strength in his Stand to grab Purple Haze's arm.

Yoshikage Kira

Although Yoshikage Kira has many unusual and dark personality traits, his love for his mother and loyalty to his allies put him on the side of good. Kira is a narcissist, keeping sculptures of his own hands around his house, apparently as documents to their ideal state. A copy of the Mona Lisa hangs from a wall He seems to have certain obsessive-compulsive tendencies, keeping an organized stock of entirely green foods, and shelves of containers of his fingernails in his bathroom, labeled by date. His interactions with others are mostly cold and apathetic, fitting and contrasting his occupation as a surgeon. As a teenager, he immediately jumped to the conclusion that a drowned and unconscious Josefumi was fated to die, showing exasperation when his mother prompted him to manually save the boy's life, only wishing to see Titanic in theater later and leaving the hospital alone because of it. As an adult, when a fellow crew member on his team is injured, sustaining heavy blood loss and the inability to breathe, as the surgeon of the crew, Kira applied little effort to helping him, nonchalantly putting his shoes on before getting out of bed and ordering the others to hold his hand and encourage him, without so much as looking in his direction, his lack of concern was mostly due to presumably knowing the seriousness of the injury and that the crew member was in no life-threatening danger. Kira is one of the few characters who express the belief that there is a kind of fated connection between Stand users. Kira sacrificed his life to save Josefumi when their plan to cultivate and harvest the Locacaca fruit was found out by Yotsuyu and Damo, as he believed Josefumi had no right to die since he was only involved because of Kira's own personal agenda, proving he can be a good loyal friend to those he cares for.

Nijimura typically performs all the duties expected of a maid and shows no emotion whatsoever. It is eventually revealed her emotionless demeanor is a facade when Josuke asks her if she attacked him on the Higashikatas' orders. Nijimura reacts harshly to this, showing that she hates the Higashikatas, calling them "the goddamn Higashikatas." She also threatens to kill Josuke if he approaches Holy because she is revealed to be Holy's daughter, shedding tears and becoming more emotional. Kei's great love for her mother is shown again when she cares for Holy at TG University Hospital, cleaning her up and referring to her as "mama" as she does so.

Rai Mamezuku

Rai Mamezuku is an eccentric and brusque individual with little care for politeness. He is highly analytical and quick-witted in his way of approaching problems. As soon as he learns of what is happening in Morioh and that he is under attack, he takes the initiative in joining with his allies. He tends to carefully observe his surroundings and verbally takes notes of everything remotely interesting to him; this habit allows him to discern the nature and subtleties of the attack against him. Mamezuku also regularly calculates probabilities, like the chances of someone being safe through selected factors. Mamezuku is very coldhearted in his methods, repeatedly showing that he has no qualms about sacrificing a perceived less important part for a greater goal. His orchard specifically leaves a small part of the culture overridden with predatory insects and disease to better the rest of the orchard, he has no problem cutting off some of his fingers to save himself. Moreover, Mamezuku is very cool-headed. Despite being introduced under attack by an unknown ability, he acts calmly despite an open focus on his survival. In his youth, Rai was described as a moody boy who disliked people and blamed his parents' mistake on the destruction of their orchard.

DIO

Perhaps due to knowing that his Stand The World is far above anyone's reach, DIO is more tolerant of people resisting him and does not react to Polnareff's taunts and insults. He even seems to appreciate Hol Horse's insubordination, seeing it as confirmation of the mercenary's strength. However, DIO is still callous about human life and will kill anyone who fails him, even Enya, his closest adviser. The usually confident and cunning gambler Daniel D'Arby is driven to madness under the pressure of possibly revealing DIO's Stand ability to Jotaro. True to his personality, DIO enjoys the fact that he wields the most powerful Stand in his organization, being unconcerned by the heroes' seemingly meaningless effort to discover his power. When Jotaro reveals himself to be able to move within the stopped time, DIO is initially very distraught but recomposes himself quickly, devising other plans to get rid of Jotaro by exploiting his advantage.

When he was alive, Bruford was an honorable knight of Mary Stuart. His feelings toward her surpassed even that of love. When Elizabeth I betrayed Mary Stuart, Bruford stood by her side, fighting off all of Elizabeth's forces. Upon learning of her capture, he was easily willing to die for her. However, when the executioner showed him Mary Stuart's head, even though he accepted execution to save his liege, he flew into a blind rage and began to resent humanity. As a zombie, his hatred carried over, allowing Dio to use him in his quest for world domination. However, along with his hatred, his pride as a knight also carried over. If you'll bring him back to life, he'll become noble and calm again.
