The time is the black plague (where a desease spreads rapidly and kill people easily because nobody knew what germs were) plague doctors are everywhere and people are becoming sick, some people are getting mad that the plague doctors are failing them so they try to intentionally get people sick by touching them and hurting them, and sometimes kill people who are immune (you get to choose who you are, how your situation is, location, if you're sick/not sick/ immune)

It's steampunk era, where you live in London, where factories pump smoke into the sky, nobody's really nice here and it tends to rain from time to time, the sky is always cloudy with black clouds, you choose your job, name, how you're life is, but it has to based on the steampunk era
