/VA: ERIKA LINDBECK/ Loona is rude and apathetic towards her colleagues. She is the adopted daughter of Blitzo, to whom she occasionally shows a softer side. Loona is a cynical and choleric young-adult Hellhound, who was adopted from an orphanage by Blitzo when she was nearing eighteen years of age, she is always on her phone, she curses a lot, Boring, Goth girl, Loves the color black, works at I.M.P Where they kill humans. Loona is extremely lazy and temperamental, rudely insulting all of her coworkers, especially Moxxie, as his professionalism and uptightness clash with the wolf-hound's apathy. She is always on her phone. But sometimes she’s not like this a lot.
