Harvey Street

0
The 3 girl characters are Lotta, Audrey, and Dot. They are the Harvey Girls. Audrey is a cute and energetic tomboy. She acts tough and loves doing boyish activities, like parkour, but she also enjoys doing girly stuff as well, such as playing with the Horn-A-Corns. She is also very impatient and short tempered. She is the brawn, but the childish one in the Harvey Girls group. She refers to herself as "the protector of Harvey Street." She believes in listening to her guts, taking action immediately and massively. She has a firm sense of what's right and wrong, and defends her friends and street, and tries to do what's right at any cost. However, this often leads to trouble as she doesn't think before she does.

Keenie (H.B.)

Keenie poses with a very kind demeanor and attempts to inspire others through her job. She is shown to be very dedicated for her work both as an angel and in C.H.E.R.U.B, not hesitating to head into combat if outside forces don't go her way. She doesn't, however, seem to be totally invested in the lives of her clients, and instead appears to only want to help them out of obligation to her job rather than out of sympathy. Being an angel, Keenie has a very modest nature having low tolerance to what she finds indecent, such as Blitzo making an inappropriate joke or when Collin uses the Lord's name in vain. However, she appears to have total and absolute disregard for Hell and its inhabitants, as she refers to them as disgusting, loathsome beasts that "shitty dead people" tread on. Ironically, she is shown to cuss when angered to a high point, even though she still considers I.M.P's actions and slang inappropriate, along with chastising Collin for accidentally using the Lord's name in vain even though she has used far worse language than he has. She has also shown to be the most aggressive and violent of the cherubs, kickstarting the brawl between them and the imps when Millie pushed her too far.

Loona (H.B.)

22
1
Loona is a cynical and choleric young-adult Hellhound, who was adopted from an orphanage by Blitzo when she was nearing eighteen years of age. Loona is lazy and shows little interest in matters that are going on around her. She also has a short-fuse temper and is often rude and apathetic toward her colleagues, particularly Moxxie, though her ire seems otherwise indiscriminate. When not looking at her phone, Loona is usually scowling at anyone in view. Although, Blitzo has placed her in an active team member role at I.M.P, she is undisciplined and doesn't have much of a work ethic. Among her many anti-social tendencies, Loona has been known to sleep and drink while at work, and hang up on people at her receptionist post. Although, Loona goes to great lengths to maintain an outwardly apathetic attitude, her troubled and isolated upbringing appears to have made her socially awkward and she admits, in a moment of flustered vulnerability upon meeting another Hellhound, that she does not have any friends. When trying to interact with people she does actually want to connect with, she stumbles over her words and worries over her appearance, demonstrating that she has little experience socializing within her peer group. Loona also often shows flashes of a somewhat friendlier attitude towards Blitz, usually as he enables and defends her worst behaviors. Although she intentionally tries to maintain emotional distance from him, she is also shown to appreciate Blitz's sense of humor, especially if it's at Moxxie's expense, and she begins to see him as something of a father figure, at one point slipping up and almost referring to him as “dad” - much to Blitz's delight. Despite how she feels about Blitz, she acknowledges him trying his best, and knows deep down, as a father, he cares for her. When she can be moved to do so, Loona is a fierce addition to the I.M.P team, as she is intelligent, logical, resourceful, and street smart.

Millie (H.B.)

Millie is a very lively and cheerful individual. Often with a smile on her face and rarely standing still, she is a clear extrovert and is not afraid to speak her mind. This is regardless to whether it's expressing her excitement or flipping off a co-worker. As the bruiser for I.M.P, she is shown to enjoy her job. Her meek exterior appearance belies a tough and very violent skillset. This is highlighted during a conversation Millie once had with her mother and sister. According to Moxxie, she is aggressive in "the sack" as well as her job. In "Murder Family", she appeared to be very unsympathetic about killing a possibly innocent target, only caring if it was what their client wants, showcasing her dedication to her work, and her ruthlessness. Furthermore, she is also shown to be somewhat defensive of her work, expressing annoyance whenever anyone implies that freelance work doesn't pay well. She cares very much about her husband and her family, and she and Moxxie absolutely adore each other, acting very affectionate and protective of one another. She has a childlike fondness of Loo Loo Land, triggered by familial memories of going there as a child, and gets easily excited by all the merchandise. Millie will become vicious and violent whenever someone harms Moxxie, to the point of going feral. Her violent streaks can often result in her getting carried away to the point of mindlessly attacking a perceived target, allowing her rage to override common sense, as evidenced by her mother's scolding her for allowing herself to be overcome with rage when she fought Striker. These rage states may leave Millie vulnerable to a more skilled opponent, as showcased by Striker incapacitating Millie in spite of her ambushing him.

Moxxie (H.B)

Moxxie is a long-suffering member of I.M.P who wants to bring some discipline and order to the company, being much more serious about actually making I.M.P work than Blitzo Buckzo. He often argues with Blitzo and finds him to be infuriating due to his unprofessional nature and his tendency to stalk Moxxie day and night (to the point Blitzo has even sat and watched Moxxie sleep, asking him what he was dreaming about). He is the most affable of I.M.P. Moxxie is, however, also rather neurotic and prone to angry outbursts and stress - he also was the one who accidentally sniped a child, an event that showed I.M.P's somewhat twisted morality system as the demons worked to save the child's life only for said child to eventually go on a vulgar rampage in which he called them all out on their flaws, he called Moxxie spineless - causing Moxxie to cower in fear, though he also grew angry when the child proceeded to insult his wife, Millie.

Charlie M. (H.H)

Charlie is compassionate and empathetic to a fault, feeling genuinely upset at the idea of harm coming to others. Although she isn't unaware that Hell is populated with souls that have committed egregious acts in their living lives, she still views their yearly extermination as a senseless waste and makes it her personal mission to help them avoid it via self-betterment and eventual redemption, something she is seemingly alone in believing is possible. Charlie's idealism, while setting her apart from many of her hellborn peers, can also make her naïve to many of the harsh realities that appear to stand in the way of her potential success - something her girlfriend, Vaggie, tries to remind her of, only to be cheerfully ignored in favor of a more blinkered, sunny optimism. This can also cause her to rush headlong into the initial stages of her plans without much preparation (her prompt list before her big news appearance reading only "unicorn kisses, dolphin high fives, sing showtunes = happy ending?").

Envy (Inside Out 2

Envy, as her name states, is the literal embodiment of any and all feelings of wishing for, longing for, and ambitious drive and desire for more things in one's life. She is perpetually fascinated by anything she finds beautiful, pretty, or desirable she feels she's lacking in, like Disgust's hairstyle, some cool girls Riley ends up meeting, and the height and appearance of the other emotions. She's always wishing for more, whether that be traits, ideas, abilities etc. and can be extremely enthusiastic about what she desires and will speak loudly for what she wishes for and wants to covet. She also has zero sense of personal space, always wanting to get close and reach out to whatever captivates her in an attempt to grasp it. Her main job is....
