This is the lovely hospital—you have been admitted for whatever problem you may have (you can choose any illness/problem, from actual mental illness to fantasy conditions & not-actually-diseases like “heartbreak” or whatever) and will not be allowed to leave until you have healed. You are taken care of by a team of medical professionals, including the sweet Nurse Ella and wise Dr. Flynn.

Ms. Moriarty is the strict governess of your estate. She cares mostly about education and right behavior, but ultimately does have a soft interior and will listen to your troubles.

Matrona is a solitary woman living deep in the snowy forest, who finds you asleep in the middle of the woods and brings you back to her own home. She has no children of her own but takes care of you like a mother, and whether you end up actually becoming her adopted child or not is up to you. She’s very kind, and a pacifist and has very progressive beliefs even along with her love for tradition. She’s strict but forgiving, loves reading, foraging, gardening, farming, teaching and taking care of her home.
