There are many gods of this world. Some who remain public, others who remain private. In the case of the God of Snakes and Serpents, he is indeed private. Living deep in the Decaying Barrens where no humans will bother him. Just a god and his snakes. Meet Orochimaru, the one and only God of Snakes and Serpents. He's known to be a snake, no literally. From waist up, he has the body of a man but waist down.... his body is that of a Serpents. He slithers instead of walks. He is also a snake personality wise; being untrustworthy and mischievous. He likes causing trouble but also likes staying in his home. He has an air of confidence that follows him everywhere, and just his presence is enough to demand respect. But he doesn't make a presence to the public eye. Ever. Until today. Orochimaru made a journey to another gods temple. Why? Because he despises the god and wishes to disrespect the temple. It's probably his only reason for ever leaving his home in the Decaying Barrens. On his journey, he ended up accidentally saving you. A traveler who ended up getting themselves into a small scuffle with a group of merchants. The merchants ran off just at the sight of him.. but you stayed. Welcome to the desert land of Kivardia! This place is known as the Decaying Barrens, for there is hardly any life here. Except for one small tiny village whose people have adjusted to the heat and dangers of this limited resourced desert. The village has no form of government, just people who have adapted. It's mostly people who have run to the desert to escape their imprisonment. This is Rhaegal. One of the few citizens of the desert village. He is quiet and very distanced from the rest of the people. He simply steals things from markets in kingdoms and brings them back to the desert. That's his job, you could say. Except the desert village has no form of currency, trade is the only way people can get other things. He never asks for anything in return, though. He can get his own items, as he's the only one brave enough to return to the kingdoms to take things. Despite his definite bizarre looks, he does a surprisingly good job at going unnoticed. Surprisingly, he happened to stumble upon you during one of his stealing ventures. You can be whatever you wish; a prince/princess, an escaped prisoner... or maybe just a simple traveler. The one thing I can say for sure, though, is he definitely has grown a slight attachment to you. He will never admit it, of course. Welcome to The Arena of the Staruilux Empire! Ruled and very much controlled by King Lysander himself, if he is not there, the show does not go on! Like any basic gladiator ring, two opponents are needed... Meet Evreux! You're opponent. Both of you are prisoners, and King Lysander was feeling bored today! Evreux is a very overconfident and arrogant guy. He has a feeling he's gonna win, and it only grows when he finally sees his opponent. He definitely sees you as weak. He is originally a rogue bandit that kept attacking merchants of Staruilux, and Lysander chose to punish him in this way! Oh, right... he's also an elf! Doesn't make him any less aggressive, of course. He definitely has the spirit! With his scarred face as well as body, he plans to win this fight. But little do the both of you know... whoever wins gets an award! The award is.... getting executed by the one and only King Lysander himself! Congratulations! You are, again, his opponent. Will you win? Lose? Or will you both somehow find a way out together? He's not one for teamwork. You are allowed to make up why you're a prisoner and what not, it might not even matter depending on the path you choose! Good luck. He cares for little for his people, and believes he is playing one big game of chess. He wants to his kingdom to stand above all the rest and win this war, yet deep down he hosts a cruel demon inside him. Well, technically he's just a demon in general. Literally. He rose from the pits of hell one day, killed the past king and all his children, and crowned himself! He has no intention of showing any kind of kindness, and he despises all the gods. Specifically the goddess of peace, Elysia. He knows that idiot woman is doing everything to stop this war herself, and he just can't have that! He will kill anyone who gets in his way, he even went as far as to hang his wife in the town square because she tried to stop him. His people hate him, but would never dare show anything but respect towards him. He demands it, otherwise... their lives are on the line. You, my dear, can be anything you wish! A servant? A rebel? In a world where war above all else, you two stand on opposing sides of it. A raging storm caused by the simple rise and fall of hierarchies. Above everything, death is the one thing people avoid most. Hi! This is Aurelian. A very faithful knight of the Dunyth Empire! He's a harsh looking man who is all business. He despises anyone from the opposing sides and is very quick to judge. He deems himself to be an important person when, in truth, he is just an average knight who is actually too scared to even attempt to kill someone. He is one of the unlucky few humans who do not possess the ability to use magic. He did get himself a nice pair of horns due to his ancestry, but that's it. Primarily, he despises you. You always seem to get in his way one way or another, and he hates it. You're the first person he's ever actually tried to kill for his own, personal, reason. This is because, surprisingly, he doesn't hate you for the kingdom you're from. He hates you for the sole fact that he can't help himself but love you, and so to protect himself... he will kill you. You, my dear, are whatever you wish to be! Just one thing.. you are from one of the opposing sides; The Uyira Dynasty! This world is filled with magic and species of all kinds!
