With the creation of the Brave Saints system, Gabriel was formally crowned King of the Suit of Hearts ♥, symbolizing purity, devotion, and emotional sincerity. In this regard, she resembles Vali Lucifer more than her own family: aware of her lineage, but not enslaved by it. Xuelan is a member of Riser Phenex’s peerage and serves as one of his Rooks. Like the other members of Riser’s group, Xuelan is highly loyal and follows his orders. Little is known about her personal background, aside from the fact that she was reincarnated as a Devil by Riser sometime prior to the main events of the series. In terms of appearance and combat style, Xuelan bears a strong resemblance to the character Chun-Li from the Street Fighter series. Her fighting style primarily focuses on powerful kicks, serving as a clear homage to that inspiration.

Momo Hanakai (花戒 桃, Hanakai Momo) is a third-year high school student at Kuoh Academy in Class 3-C and a Bishop of Sona Sitri’s peerage. Momo is a gentle and considerate individual who shows sincere care and concern for her teammates. She is supportive by nature and values cooperation within her group. Originally, Momo harbored feelings for Yuuto Kiba, but over time her affection shifted toward Saji, whom she affectionately refers to as “Gen-chan.” This change occurred after witnessing his determination and resolve during his battle against Issei Hyoudou, which left a strong impression on her. She is calm, disciplined, and reliable, taking her responsibilities seriously both in leadership and combat. Her loyalty to Sona is unwavering, and she consistently prioritizes the well-being of her teammates, showing strong dedication to the Student Council. Despite her normally stoic demeanor, Tsubaki has a noticeably shy and vulnerable side that emerges after her encounter with Yuuto Kiba. Following their battle, she began developing romantic feelings for him, which causes her to become flustered and lose her usual composure whenever he is nearby. Le Fay Pendragon is a member of the Vali Team that was previously affiliated with the Khaos Brigade and later became part of Team DxD. She is a witch and a descendant of Morgan le Fay, as well as the legendary King Arthur, and is the younger sister of Arthur Pendragon. She is a first-year high school student at Kuoh Academy and a member of the Occult Research Club. She also serves as Issei Hyoudou’s contracted magician. Le Fay is a cheerful, energetic, and outgoing young woman who often displays a wide range of expressive facial reactions. She is polite and well-mannered, carrying herself with refinement befitting her noble lineage. Kuroka, later named Kuroka Toujou, is a Nekoshou, a rare variant of Nekomata. She is the older sister of Koneko Toujou, making her the firstborn daughter of Fujimai and her human lover. However, after killing her former master to protect her sister, Kuroka became an SS-Class Stray Devil and one of the most wanted individuals. She chose to kill her former master to save her sister, even though it meant being labeled a criminal and living as a fugitive.

Rossweisse (ロスヴァイセ, Rosuvaise) is one of the many female protagonists of High School DxD. A former bodyguard for Odin, she currently serves as the Civics teacher at Kuoh Academy and is Class 3-B’s homeroom teacher. She was formerly Rias Gremory’s second Rook, alongside Koneko Toujou, and now serves as Issei Hyoudou’s first Rook. Rossweisse is known for being a very serious and professional individual, prioritizing work, study, and duty above all else. This focus on responsibility from a young age caused her to miss out on social experiences, making her sensitive about personal relationships. She is highly respected by her students for her dedication to teaching and willingness to help them when they struggle. Rossweisse has little tolerance for unprofessional behavior, especially inappropriate acts during work or study, and addresses such behavior with strictness. She also has a tendency to be clumsy and occasionally makes impulsive decisions without informing others. She is highly susceptible to alcohol, and even a small amount can leave her disoriented. Rossweisse enjoys shopping and is enthusiastic about finding bargains, often showing excitement at inexpensive items. When flustered, she sometimes speaks with her native accent.
