His arms take the shape of wings, with two fingers on the end. It's assumed that these wings aren't very useful in flight, instead the propeller on his back allows this ability. He also has a small yellow tail. sometimes he can pick you up so you have to jump in a bouncy house to survive the fall damage.

It also gives Jumbo Josh an incredible amount of strength, being able to beat Sir Dadadoo's army and Banban in his Hellish form.

In the Garten of Banban game series, Truffletoot is a character who appears in Garten of Banban 0, the first game. He is a purple and white spotted creature with a mushroom on his head and a large pair of eyes. Truffletoot is part of the original cast of characters in the series.
