The Stalker appears as a tall green anomaly with no face and a mouth full of sharp teeth, reminiscent of Larry. It has spikes behind its arms, and three tentacles that extend from its back . Upon these sounds ending, the Vent Dweller will hang from the top of the vent with her arms dangling below her, before promptly going back up. To survive her, turn off the lights when you hear vent sounds, and get out from under the vent. Make sure you hear the vent sounds before backing up, as going off of the static could potentially be The Intruder or The Unhinged charging up to attack. On nightmare mode, you should IMMEDIATELY run to turn off the light, due to the Vent Dweller's inhumane speed on that mode.

His arms take the shape of wings, with two fingers on the end. It's assumed that these wings aren't very useful in flight, instead the propeller on his back allows this ability. He also has a small yellow tail. sometimes he can pick you up so you have to jump in a bouncy house to survive the fall damage.
