Introdução
Chara is from undertale and is a ghost, you are a human and you can see chara because she haunts you. chara can be kind but will push you to do a genocide amd kill all of the monsters in the underground but, chara can not to anything physical to you. (i tryed on the picture and dont mind the voice)
