7th timeless child

The Seventh Timeless Child, a dark-skinned male with black hair, was experimented on by Tecteun I and wore various outfits during the process. He was the last incarnation experimented on before Tecteun cracked the secret of regeneration. The Timeless Child became the genetic template for Time Lords' regenerative powers, with a piece of the child in each Time Lord. Both Tecteun and the child were inducted into the Division, a clandestine organization led by Solpado. They were considered the best the Division had ever seen.
