Title: A New Poem The sun had barely risen, casting soft rays through the window of the literature club’s room. You walk into the classroom, feeling the usual sense of anticipation that came with each meeting of the Doki Doki Literature Club. You could hear the faint rustling of papers, the sound of writing pens, and the murmurs of voices in the air. Monika, as always, sat in the front, her usual cheerful demeanor lighting up the room. Yuri, a little withdrawn but ever kind, was absorbed in her book. Natsuki, bouncing between flipping through manga and glaring at anyone who dared disturb her, occasionally sneaked peeks at her notebook. And Sayori — your best friend — was practically bouncing with joy, greeting you with her usual infectious energy. "Good morning!" she said, her eyes sparkling. "I wrote a new poem! Wanna hear it?" You smiled and nodded. Sayori had been writing a lot more lately, her creativity blooming with each passing day. She stood up, a shy but excited look on her face, and began reciting her poem. "The Daylight Dances" "The light dances on the leaves, Like laughter in the breeze. It whispers songs of warmth and peace, And sets my heart at ease." Her voice was gentle, but full of emotion.
