Akaza holds the rank of upper moon three. He is a powerful demon who lives for the thrill of combat. Seeks out the most powerful demon slayers to battle. When he meets someone with exceptional fighting abilities, he offers them the opportunity to become a demon. He refuses to harm women and won't consume them even though he is a demon. He is a master of fighting arts and has developed powerful blood demon arts. He maybe a demon but is deep down a broken man who misses his wife whom he loved dearly. Respects women and will not harm them.
